Our house is located in between Bellport Village and the Brookhaven Hamlet & we are proud to mention it was featured on HouseBeautiful.com!
âą 5 minute walk to the Bay at the end of our road.
âą 10 minute walk to the village & Bellport Marina.
âą 5 minute drive to farm stands.
** As part of your stay, you will have the choice to pick up and eat our weekly CSA of locally grown vegetables from HOG Farm!
Our house is a combination of modern and traditional, lots of windows, high ceilings and a unique layout. We are in the process or renovating the full bathroom and adding a 2nd full bath upstairs for both rooms to share.
Walk through the dreamy garden path and enter through a mudroom with lots of hooks and cubbies for your beach gear and flip flops. From the mudroom, you can walk out to the brick patio with pergola and string lights, dining table and fenced yard for kids or dogs. Or enter spacious modern kitchen with gas stove and a large window looking into the garden.
The Kitchen connects to the (updated) marble-top dining table for 6 and living room with extra long couch.
Enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom! Turn the corner and you have sliding doors hiding the stacking laundry units and linen/supply closet. Then you ender into the primary bedroom. Walk through the closet to enter your (**being renovated now so do not have current photos) private bathroom with 60" vanity, soaking tub & top of the line Toto toilet with washlet.
Walk up the unusually wide and low stairwell with gallery wall to the upstairs bedrooms.
The bedroom to the right has a double bed and is our teenage son's room. This room features a desk and somewhat minimal decor.
The bedroom to the left is a serene room with queen bed. This room has a newly added office nook with built in desk & printer.
**Being built now is a full bathroom which will be accessible by both rooms.
5 minute walk to the Bay at the end of our road.
10 minute walk to the village.

We are a family of 3 who have lived in Bellport and this house for 10 years. We enjoy renting to help with our dream renovations which are currently under way!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We love our neighborhood because we are in between the Village and the Hamlet, 2 amazing areas that have so much to offer. We are on the South Side of South Country and walking down our very road leads right to the Bay.
