So Shaylun decided to dye her hair on top of the bed and got the sheets the pillowcases, the duvet cover full of dye these are hotel collection, top quality sheets, and pillowcases and linens that we use on every bed in the space! . The check-in instructions are sent to the customer directly before check-ins every time and also they are in the listing and on top of that there’s an added chalkboard. She never called me to ask me what the code was for the door, which is all she would’ve needed if she didn’t look at the text that she received from Airbnb or check the listing with the check-in instructions on it, which nobody has ever called me to tell me that they didn’t getThe modem is on the dresser in the master bedroom and has all of the information for the internet as an added way to get that info should you somehow not get it from all three other places as far as her complaints she is the only one to complain about any of these things because we provide everything and we provide Charmin ultrasoft toilet paper maybe the extra ones that were underneath the sink were not From Me, but we keep extra ones under the sink in the kitchen and also if needed we can deliver more. All you have to do is ask! I did not demand that she called me before bleaching towels. I have no idea what she’s talking about when it comes to that! Shaylynn admitted that , she admitted that she did used hair dye immediately, but never paid to fix any of the problems that she caused , yet she is complaining. On top of that she left some items in the space and I made special arrangements to make sure that she was able to get those items back and someone was able to give them to her as a favor but she walked away after leaving the damage and decided that not only would she damage the place, but she would leave a bad review which doesn’t come inside with any of my other reviews. Should you read them all? I’m a super host and I take pride in both the quality of the space and also I’m a contractor. I renovated it personally it’s all brand new and any problems that there ever is we always fix immediately. Shaylynn is upset because she screwed up and now she doesn’t want to do anything about it. Stay away from this guest. She will do nothing but damage your place and then Complain and give you a bad rating when she’s done damaging it.
