Great for a weekend beach trip!

The suite was clean, comfy, and the perfect size for 2. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Beautiful Place!

The room is beautifully decorated, space is well appointed, bed and couch are both very comfy. Neighborhood is very quiet and serene. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Start of an Annual Beach trip

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and well communicated to us, and all the restaurant recommendations were well appreciated! Paul communicates wonderfully and anyone who needs a chill space to stay for a weekend will find a good one at this location

I took my 2 kids to see a concert in the area, so it was just us 3. The room was larger than expected. Very clean and cozy. Location was ideal for downtown Wilmington access. We had a great stay!

My girlfriend and I both loved the beach design of the room! It was very different, but it was so unique! Paul was very friendly and helpful with getting there, and getting around to some local restaurants!

Clean, quiet, beachy feel

Lots of room, clean, well appointed, good location in northern residential area, but within 15 minutes of shopping. Stayed the weekend while we moved our son into a new home nearby. Will be back.

This is a home that has been sectioned off and being transformed into smaller apartments. The room is really cute. Nice size for a couple. It was a really quiet neighborhood. We past it on the way in the first time because the home looked abandoned but I think once it’s complete it will be adorable! We would definitely stay again

Do NOT stay at this location!! The owner is very creepy and weird. I pulled up at the day of arrival. And after he drove up in the driveway and got out. I called his name and he just looked and stared at me WITHOUT speaking! I called his name twice and he just stared at me. Super awkward and strange. Do not stay here!

Short stay in Wilmington.

The property is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. We were a little concerned at first because it took awhile to get through the neighborhood to the house. But it was worth it. Not a bad location for our needs, which was to check out properties in Wilmington and Southport. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Only concern was that the fridge has a tendency to freeze things. Would definitely stay here again.

Started off on the wrong foot with no code to enter door for almost the first hour. Once that was resolved, Vicky, was more than apologetic and even gave us a partial refund to make up for the mistake. All the other reviews were wonderful so we knew this was just an accident and we’re all human so we didn’t think about it again after that. Even with the slight snafu I would still wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Perfect spot to see our family that live nearby. The pictures of the private space do not show how spacious the room is. We were pleasantly impressed by the place and how cozy and at home we felt the three days we were there. And access to Netflix and Hulu were a bonus we hadn’t expected. We slept well and were comfortable. Would stay again.
