Havasu Retreat w/pool and Casita, close to downtown.

This fully remodeled house has it's own built in Casita with seperate kitchen, a king and a queen bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom, inside the main house with separate and joint entrances to choose your level of privacy. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, and an extra full bath in the garage so no one has to wait. The expansive yard has a 16'x20' raised deck with amazing lake views. It also has a refinished pool with waterfall for relaxing. Use the huge game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey table to enjuoy after a day on the lake or riding. Or stay in and enjoy the ground. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a set of bunk beds. The master is a King bed and futon in an over sized room with walk in closet, large bathroom, and access to the back yard. It is minutes to downtown with tons of restaurants and night life. It sits on a half acre so planety of parking.

The parking was great, plenty of room and off of the street. The house was great, lots of room, nicely equipped and clean. The owner was very attentive and polite when we had some questions. Nice neighborhood and an easy drive to anything we wanted. The town is nice too, plenty of places to hang out and things to do.

We have stayed here multiple times as just a family of 5 or with our friends . Safe to say we feel like it our little home away from home. Theres lenty of room for us 5 or 10 with our friend. The location to grocery, view out the back yard, the game room plenty of space to relax, it’s just a great place to stay and enjoy Lake Havasu.

As always Ron is a great host and has an amazing house. We try to stay here every year when we come out to Havasu. It's always clean and well maintained, my kids love the game room. It was that much nicer when we were able to book it during the Thanksgiving holiday, the cool temps made sunrises and sets off the deck over the lake that much more enjoyable.

Memorial Weekend

Our yearly Memorial Weekend getaway was once again a blast! This was i believe our 4th year in Rods home and we always feel right at home. Rod is always easy to get a hold of and replies quickly. The house once again surpassed all our needs and is big enough for our group to enjoy and not feel overly crowded. Can't wait until next year!!

Havasu Summer

Havasu is our go to end of summer vacation for my family and over the last 4 years we've let our friends in our our little secret. Ever since we found this place we haven't looked back. The house is plenty big for the 10 of us, has lots to offer in space, pool, and game room. Its close proximity to the lake, rotary park beach, grocery store. Already planning our next end of summer vacation. Cant wait to come back.

The home was perfect for our family of 11. Large spacious rooms with more than enough beds to easily accommodate our group. Rod was easy to work with and very responsive. We added three days onto the trip, and he worked with us to do so. We had a question upon our arrival, and he responded to our message very quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was everything and more!

I planned a 66th birthday party for my boyfriend. He & I come to Havasu several times throughout the year. Last year, I wanted to plan a surprise birthday party for his 65th birthday, but had to cancel due to COVID. Fast forward to 2021 and I needed to rent another house (besides the one that my boyfriend and I usually stay at) to accommodate the rest of his family. This house couldn’t have been more perfect! There was plenty of room for our family to gather and enjoy large family dinners and bbq. The younger “kids” enjoyed the game room and we were able to cool down and enjoy the pool too. Gorgeous sunsets outside in the backyard and on the deck. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home! The birthday week was a success and we hope to be able to rent your homes again!

Non compliance

the TV and internet were not available after the first day. Difficulty in reaching our host for resolution of the problem. Once we did get in contact he did try to fix the problem but wasn't able to. Some of the water fixtures were not in good repair like shower spicket and water for the refrigerator drinking water and ice maker. The host did give us a small refund for the technical failure. Plenty of apologizes. Other than these issues we were comfortable with the rental.

Very sorry about the internet. Optimum had a 4 day outage that was out of our control. As for the delay in contact, I don't have a missed call, text, or anything until VRBO contacted my about it on day 4, even though my cell phone is in our house manual so not sure what happened. My maintenance company checked the other concerns and repaired the faucet. Thanks for the heads up on that. Hope the $200 refund helped a little. Thanks for staying with us!

This pictures do not do this place justice! Everyone in my group of 9 was amazed at how much room there was, the layout of the house, the convenience of having the pool & game-room, and the deck has a view of the lake. I think the owner should invest in paying someone to do a 3D walkthrough of the house.Everything you could possibly need was pretty much stocked in the kitchen. They were even small condiments like Salt-N-pepper. Towels for the pool were right next to the sliding door, and the living room was huge!Smiths (large grocery store with gas station attached was right down the street and the lake was only a few mint a drive.We would definitely stay here again!!!
