Apple Valley 07 at Rumbling Bald

Apple Valley 7 has recently been updated to wrap you in the warmth of the mountains with its rich color and natural wood tones. The studio includes two full-size beds, large dresser with mirror, love seat, and flat screen TV.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances such as a four burner, apartment size stove and oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, white toaster oven, and coffee maker. There is a dining table with seating for four in the kitchen area. The dressing area is complete with a new vanity, mirror, and stack washer and dryer.  The bath has a tub/shower combo. The back patio has seating for four where you'll enjoy the country road view. This property comes with a hair dryer.
This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities. This property does not have a water view. There are no laundry facilities. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit. This property is NOT pet friendly. This is a non-smoking property. 

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
