Classic 50's duplex with easy access to both I-44 and I-55, popular tourist destinations, W.U. or St. Louis U. and hospitals. This quintessential 50's brick bungalow duplex features glass block windows, spacious rooms, a breezeway, small fenced yard, stocked kitchen for cooking yourself, and one parking spot on the property, and three season "breezeway" at rear of building with TV/ fan/ seating, for socializing . One half block to Wilmore Park or five blocks to Francis Park both complete with trails, playgrounds, and tennis or pickle ball courts, even a "beer garden" at Francis Park. . A great neighborhood for walking/running, biking , socializing, or just sitting.

Great stay close to the downtown

House was easy to find. Wide street with easy parking. Good neighborhood with lots of stores near. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy St. Louis.

Home Away From Home

Susan’s home was the perfect size for our family. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe! There was a park that was walkable distance which was even better. Will definitely look to stay in this home again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay while in St. Louis. The host was easy to work with and was able to accommodate us as we had arrived earlier than expected. The apartment was clean and cozy and 10-15 mins from everything we wanted to do. The AC ran strong and made it through the heat wave while we were there. The off street parking was a big perk and one thing we were looking for when picking a place to stay. Would stay again!

Lovely and convenient!

Just as described--pleasant, comfortable. The host is wonderful to deal with--very responsive and accommodating. Everything we could want was provided, and being here felt like being at a friend's home. I especially liked the cozy feel to the bedroom--LOTS of pillows, a soft mattress topper, whimsical decor, soft colours. A real pleasure, and one I would highly recommend.

10/10. The location was great, even though it’s a little older decor, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in I. My life. I promise. Just book it for the bed alone. I had planned on leaving early, but I couldn’t leave the bed. Even the couch was perfect, and honestly, the host thought of everything you could need or want.
