Boars Bungalow - Linderhof Golf, Pool, & More!

This centrally located Linderhof Swiss inspired chalet 1250 sq ft. has 4 bedrooms/ 2 bath. High vaulted ceiling gives this condo an airy feel.

This second floor two level condo sits on a Par-3, 9 hole executive course. Some amenities include outdoor pool, tennis courts, Ellis River hiking trails and clubhouse w/ excellent bar and grille.

Please pack your own pool towels to use, if you plan to utilize the pool!

Across the street is Story Land , Living Shores Aquarium and 5 miles from Conway Village and Settlers Green outlets. This condo is perfect for the active family. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the valley!

GOLF- $10/per person per day- unlimited rounds. No reservation required for tee time. $15 for up to an 18-Hole Round; Push carts are $5 for up to an 18-hole round. Rates subject to change.

There is a new swing set (2021) next to the clubhouse, in-ground swimming pool, and tennis courts. The clubhouse is opened seasonally for food and beverages. This is where you will check in if you plan to utilize these amenities.

2025 “Daily Clubhouse Amenities Package” Rates (5 Guests)

One day use for families = $20
Three day use for families = $35
Seven day use for families = $55

Rate is inclusive of up to 5 people.

Fees are paid directly by guests using the clubhouse website, which will be sent to you upon booking. Please sign in if you golf, use the pool, or tennis courts. Thank you!

Lovely condo in Glen

We recently spent four relaxing days at the Linderhof condos in Glen New Hampshire. Our unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and was immaculate when we arrived. We hope to return next year!

Stay at Linderhof Condo

We all enjoyed our stay at the Condo on the Linderhof Golf course. We were up for a wedding not spending much time in the unit, but it was able to accomadate our needs for the weekend.

Perfect for fall!

Although the shared space was a bit tight for 7 adults, it was a cozy gathering space for our family. There were enough beds/bedrooms for sleeping and privacy when needed. The location was great with easy access to North Conway (10 min drive), hiking trails., and the famous Kankamangus highway. We got to introduce our family to NH fall foliage at its peak. We used the kitchen for various family meals- all the necessary tools were available, including oft missed items like plastic wrap for leftovers. Note- it wasn’t super clear from the description that this two floor unit actually started on the second floor of the building. The description of two 1st floor bedrooms was part of the confusion. We had two elderly adults with us who were able to navigate the stairs to the unit only because of the railing. Perhaps the owners could be a bit more explicit that the unit is not handicapped accessible, just in case others are similarly confused.

Excellent place, poor communication

The condo was updated, very clean, and well stocked. The location is perfect to many attractions and the golf course was the added bonus. Greg and Holly communicated very well initially. We did stay during a heat wave with no AC. This was told upon arrival but Greg reassured me the previous renters had no complaints. On the day before we left we went out for a couple hours. When we returned we found a man working in the condo cutting a hole in the wall, tools everywhere, music blasting, and installing an AC. We had no idea this was taking place nor did we give permission to come into the place when we were not there. The man was there for four and a half hours and told us the AC wouldn’t work because the owner needed to get an electrician to come. We could not be in the condo while the man was there as we have babies and small children. We appreciate Greg trying to help us by installing the AC, but a heads up would have been much better.

Perfect for going to Storyland

Nice location and close to everything you need! Condo was perfect for what we needed. If you have young children, I would suggest bringing a baby gate as there are a couple staircases that children may be interested in trying to climb!

Great Spot

Perfect location right across from Storyland. Upstairs a bit hot without A/C, but we were there on a really hot couple nights. Would stay again.

Great location temperature control challenage

Overall the stay was wonderful and in a great location. Upon arrival condo was extremely hot. There was no obvious way to turn off the baseboard heat at the top of the stairs that was running when we walked in from an already hot day. The AC kept the downstairs cool but wasn’t sufficient in cooling the upstairs
 fortunately there were fans in both bedrooms and we had a cool night so we’re able to get some relief. Second night was much better after the cooler weather and ventilating the space. The condo was very clean but there was an issue with the kitchen trash being leftover from previous guests. Overall was a great stay once we were able to cool it down. Would stay there again.

Fantastic Hosts

I rented the condo for friends coming up for the weekend of my father’s memorial golf tournament. My father served the Boston Police Department for 37 years, and this is a very special weekend for me. My mother also lives in the complex, so I know the place well. This was the ninth year of the tournament, and I have had the same friends coming up every year since the beginning. I think this is the first year I have rented this condo for them, and I can’t say enough positive things about the owners. The unit was in perfect shape, the check in instructions were clear, and most importantly they were extremely responsive. We showed up a bit early and the owners were happy to grant us access. I appreciated all of the hospitality and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing stay in a beautiful place
