Hop on miles and miles of prime bike paths right outside our door. Take a short mile and a half walk to Downtown Frisco featuring, shopping, dining and nightlife. Across the street from Whole Foods, Starbucks, Walmart, and many ski sport/rental shops.

All the comforts of home in this cute, cozy, comfortable, ground level condo. The Master bedroom has a new Queen size memory foam mattress, large windows, partial mountain views, and TV. There is also a full private bath with a tub/shower, double sink vanity, hair dryer and spacious closet and extra storage shelves.

The second full main bath features a double vanity, bathtub, private larger size stack washer/dryer, and hair dryer available.

The kitchen/dining/living room are all open to each other. The comfy cozy living room has a gas fireplace, large smart TV, brand new sleeper queen size sofa with 6" memory foam mattress for comfortable sleeping in the living room! Plenty of windows that allow for natural lighting and mountain views, including a sliding glass doorway leading to a balcony off the living room with 4 chairs/small table for morning breakfast and coffee or evening happy hour!

The dining area has a large table with seating for 6…with an additional 4 bar stools at the snack bar overlooking the kitchen offering plenty of room for everyone to dine, play games, and plan out your next day’s adventures!

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of extras like automatic drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, all the traditional appliances featuring a second deck off the kitchen where you have a large private gas grill just for you and wonderful mountain views…very convenient not to have to use shared grills!

There is a common area trash bin in an enclosure in the parking lot just around the end of building from the condo. Parking is outside in a common parking lot with plenty of space for everyone.
