Perfect location

We were so pleased with our stay! The condo was very clean and we could not have asked for a better location! We were able to walk to Main Street for dinner and hop right onto the rec path for a bike ride. We will stay again!!

Great location

Great location with easy access to multiple ski resorts in several directions. Very well kept and clean. One draw back is that people walking around on the floor above can be noisy but it never interfered with sleep.

Everything was spot on with our rental! The condo was pristine, cozy, and homey. We had everything we needed and more! Staying right in the heart of Frisco gave us easy access to Breck and Keystone. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fun in the Snow for our FL Family

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The pullout couch was comfortable for our 2 teen girls & having 2 full baths was very convenient for getting ready. The location was close to everything including the cute downtown areas of Frisco & Breckinridge & having a Walmart right across the street was super convenient. The house had everything we needed & the owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Condo convenient to slopes with good floor plan and bed

An excellent 1-bedroom condo in location convenient to Keystone and Breck; comfortable furniture, good cable TV, comfortable bed, nice kitchen. Only drawback: no internet for several days due to WIFI identity not showing up on list of available networks. Issue was resolved and internet worked just fine thereafter.

Condo was clean and well-maintained (excellent maintenance really). Spacious and nicely decorated. Great location near lake in summer, near buses and Frisco transit center for winter skiing. Easy checkin/checkout and Carrie, the property manager, was great to work with. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking with very nice pots and pans. Appliances are in excellent condition. I rented for 4 months and worked remotely with excellent wifi. Plenty of towels, blankets, bedding. Main bed and sofa bed both very comfortable. Heating works great. Lots of hot water. Gas fireplace works great. There is some road noise from I70 when windows are open, but I did not even hear it after 24 hours. Trees offer plenty of privacy when shades are open. Safe location. Plenty of grocery stores, gas and fast food nearby. A couple of great restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. I was very pleased and would stay here again.

Overall a very nice comfortable condo. The location is great! It was reasonably clean, but it is due for a deep cleaning, especially the carpet. Overall we really enjoyed it and would stay there again.

One of best VRBO properties we have stayed in

We stay in VRBO properties all over USA. This one ranks right up near the top. Clean, convenience in every way, plenty of storage for clothes and other items, location was great. Whoever planned this condo thought of everything! And Carrie was awesome to work with. She was most accommodating in every way. We certainly would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Tim and Coleen’s property. It was incredibly clean and spacious. Had everything we needed to cook!!! Perfect location to Breckenridge and Keystone. We will definitely look to stay there again.
