Located at The Village at Breckenridge Wetterhorn building, steps from the lift and the charms of Main Street. This is a top floor, 2 bedroom corner unit with extra windows and cozy fireplace. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the town, plaza, mountains, ski area, Maggie Pond and Blue River. Movie theater, game room, pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, ski school and restaurants on site.

Step inside to a bright, cozy space designed for relaxing after a day of adventures. Whether you're unwinding by the fireplace in the spacious living area or taking in the scenery from your private balcony, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy a movie at a game together, or retreat to your bedroom to read a book or some quiet time. The bedrooms are very private, located on either side of the condo, each with a bathroom and a balcony. Cute kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to make a homemade meal and enjoy it at the dining table for six.
Guests have full access to an impressive range of on-site amenities, including an beautifully renovated indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a game room with pool table and shuffle board, theatre room, and arcade areaâperfect for families or groups looking to make the most of their stay. With the ski lifts just steps away and downtown Breckenridge at your fingertips, this condo offers the ideal mountain escape in every season.
Kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 6 or right at the kitchen bar.
Master Bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower and bathtub combo. Large walk in closet. A cozy chair for some away from the group time with a good book or your favorite beverage. Access to the main balcony. There is a TV in the bedroom.
Second Bedroom. A bedroom with two queen-size beds. This bedroom also has its own, huge wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A narrow balcony overlooking the river and South side of Main Street.
Parking Information (Paid). If you need parking and if available, one vehicle could be accommodated in the heated underground garage. Space is limited and requires an advance reservation, as it often fills up. The parking fee is not included in your booking total (since not all guests drive). The fee is set by our homeowner association and may change at any time Nightly fee based on the time of your visit: November 2025 - April 12th 2026 the fee is $50/night. The garage height clearance is 7 feet 6 inches. The charge will be billed separately to your credit card. If you prefer, Breck Park offers some off-site parking options.
