L'Aminèxe - simple quiet under the stars in the fresh air

L'Aminèxe is a maisonette - a small completely independent house that is located in a 2.5 hectare gated park with three large villas - secure and quiet and with a large terrace with beatiful views over the landscape all the way to the Mediterranean Sea some 15 kms away and turning around a fantastic view of the Pre-Alpes. It is located a short walking distance (app. 1 km.) from the cozy village of Tourrettes sur Loup which has two bakeries, at butcher, two grocers/greengrocers, a Wednesday market and a dozen restaurants ranging from simple to Michelin level.
The house is simple but well-appointed with a nice bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a conventional oven and a microwave oven, a lounge with a sofa and two lounge chairs as well as a bedroom with a nice double bed that is electrically adjustable.
However, you are likely going to spend most of your time on the terrace of some 70 sq mtrs, partly covered and equipped with dining table, a gas grill and lounge chairs and beautiful flowers. There is a private parking in front of the house which is easy to get to. The house has NO internet, TV and that is deliberate so that you may enjoy the quiet.
Dogs are welcome but kindly note that the property is not fenced.
