Lovely riverfront studio with all the basic necessities. Right by the river walk and in close proximity to downtown Bend. We loved our stay!

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time here at Bend Riverside Rentals! This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to relax yet still be in the center of it all. With having views of the Deschutes river it makes it a very easy place to be able to kick your feet up and take in the views. However, if you get the urge to explore, we are just a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. Not too mention, after a long day of adventuring the heated pool and hot tub will be calling your name!

The location on the river with a view and near downtown was wonderful. The condo was clean and nice. Bed was very uncomfortable, but that’s my only complaint.

Hi Sarah! In the confirmation email we do state that the rental is not equipped with spices and oils. As for the kitchen necessities, we thank you for this information! We will have our housekeeping team take a full inventory of the kitchen and purchase any necessary items! We also have an on site office open 7 days a week from 10am-7pm if you ever need anything. They have extra spatulas, can openers, veggie peelers, and much more!

Heads up on the road work

The location was lovely and would have been a great walk to some nice restaurants and shops if there weren’t major road work going on.

That is most certainly not the level of cleanliness that we hold our team to and we will be discussing with the housekeeper to ensure it does not happen again. We rented through VRBO and we had no address or unit number or any instructions on how to check in and didn't even know that we should have had the VRBO app. So we got directed to somewhere 30 minutes away trying to find the directions through the website where we made the reservation. The place itself was very nice the staff was nice the online process was a little bumpy and we checked in an hour later than we expected to because we couldn't even find out where we were supposed to be

Great location to downtown

Lots of Pros about this property . Great location - walking distance to downtown , parks, restaurants, etc . Very clean . Reasonably priced . Cons - very loud upstairs tenants / residents . Could hear loud walking - stomping early in the morning . The bed could use an upgrade- very hard and uncomfortable . Overall we had a great stay !

Adequate clean unit. Beautiful view.

Good location, clean unit. Noisy heater. Hard mattress. Beautiful view. Quiet area. It was a bit unsettling that a hoarder is living in the end unit. And it was uncomfortable to sit on the day beds to watch tv since there was only one chair. Thank you.

Great location. The bed seemed quite old and worn. It had all amenities in the kitchen. There were dirty footprint in the bathroom when I arrived and hair in the shower drain. Under the vanity in the bathroom was quite dirty. The place could use some cosmetic updates.The place is dog friendly but there are signs surrounding the property saying "no dogs on grass."

The location is prime and very hard to beat! We are located steps from the Deschutes river, right next door to Pioneer Park, and a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown. This unit is indeed pet friendly but the HOA does not allow the dogs on the fresh green grass as there are two designated potty areas on property as well as the pet friendly park right next door. Also, thank you for bringing the attention of the mattress being worn. We are listening to our guests feedback and believe it may be time to upgrade our mattress! Thank you so much for this information as it helps us a lot. :)

We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the parking situation. Each of our riverside cottages has a parking spot in front or beside the condo. Since these condo are right on the riverside, the parking spaces are a bit on the smaller side. However, we do offer a large overflow parking lot for any of our guests with larger vehicles or those who just want a bit of extra space! We would love to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
