Welcome to "Bend in the River," a newly remodeled, funky riverfront top-floor condo that's the perfect destination for you and your family. Enjoy the beauty of Central Oregon from our patio, which is furnished for your comfort—ideal for relaxing while you watch the sunset and the river below! This awesome unit accommodates up to 3 adults in two separate areas and is pet friendly, so feel free to bring along your two furry friends!

Your party will feel right at home in this cozy unit, complete with a full kitchen equipped for all your vacation cooking needs. The kitchen features a vibrant yellow backsplash and includes all brand new stainless steal appliances. It is the perfect place for whipping up a home-cooked meal or refueling between adventures.

This unit is in an unbelievably amazing location that will enhance your experience of Central Oregon. With river access, a neighboring park, and a short, walkable distance along the river trail to downtown Bend, you'll enjoy incredible restaurants and breweries while being completely immersed in the natural beauty of the Deschutes River. The adjacent historical Pioneer Park offers a beautiful green space with a gazebo, picnic tables, and plenty of room to set up a blanket or throw the ball for your pup!

As for amenities, this unit includes complimentary WiFi, making remote work a breeze. You'll also find card-operated laundry on-site (not in-unit) and access to the HOA-managed indoor heated pool, open until 10 PM every night. Bring up to 2 furry friends for a one-time pet fee of $55.95 per pet. As part of Bend Riverside Rentals, you'll have friendly, on-site staff available to assist you from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The condo is beautiful and had everything I needed! I really appreciate being close to everything and having thebpark to walk my dog. The only thing I would add is blackout curtains for the bedroom, the light from the walkway is pretty bright.

Overall it was a very nice stay. It would be nice to have games, cards for time spent in. For the price point I would also suggest a better quality TP and the grounds people should clean up the dead rat in the parking lot.

Riverfront view, beautiful, with easy stroll to town.

We were able to be close to all things Bend and had a great time exploring. This location was ideal for us. Amenities with the unit were on point, we had everything we needed down to playing cards for our nightly games.

Cozy, Clean, and Close to town

This condo, with two bathrooms, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen, is a perfect get-away spot for a couple or small family. The gas fireplace made it extra warm and cozy. The location is ideal for walks along the river or going into town for shopping, eating, or entertainment. There's also an indoor heated pool and hot tub to enjoy.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay although I specifically chose this because of 3 beds. When we arrived on Sunday evening- there were no sheets for the 3rd bed and the office was closed. So 2 people had to share a bed until the office opened on Monday :(

We do have an after hours phone line to call for situations like this, just so you know for the future. :) At any rate, this shouldn't have happened and I have passed this along to our housekeeping team to for a reminder to always make sure there are extra sheets in the condos. Great condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Check in process was super easy. Location was close to downtown but not quite walking distance (in the winter). We loved the hot tub and pool, both were warm and clean. The only complaints we had (which are minor) were the fire place didn’t work, no towels for the pool, and a lot of the dishes we pulled out were dirty. Otherwise, great stay! Beds were comfortable, and the condo had pretty much everything we needed. Thank you!

Great location, but could have been cleaner

I was in town for work and thought a condo by the river sounded better than a hotel! The location was great, right on the deschutes river trail and an easy walk to downtown. The beds and bedding are older, the carpets were pretty dirty, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet with clean ones(we just rewashed a load of dishes so we knew they were clean before using), and there was a lot of dust on everything. There was a pool and laundry but I don’t have a review for those, our room was missing the key, I contacted management about it and they offered to bring a key up, but we were fine without. Property managers were quick to respond and nice to deal with. Overall, the place matched the price point but it was not as tidy as I would prefer.

AMAZING CONDO!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT - NICELY DECORATED, THE VIEW, THE SOUND OF THE RUSHING RIVER WATER FROM THE BALCONY, THE PARKING, THE POOL AND HOT TUB AND ESPECIALLY THE LOCATION BEING WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN AND DRAKE PARK MADE FOR AN AWESOME STAY! THANKS, WE WILL BE BACK!
