Kitchen had everything you would want: pots and pans of all sizes, knives, range, oven, full sized fridge with ice maker. Both beds were large and super comfortable. Fresh, fluffy towels, plus a washer and dryer. You even have a private, gated courtyard with two seating areas with tables and chairs.

Lovely Little Home

We loved our stay! The home was in a quite neighborhood, we had a private yard for our dogs with a patio table & fire pit. The home itself was very clean, freshly decorated & had all the essentials. Rachel was easy to work with & her entire family was so nice. Will definitely stay again! Beth Good

Stayed here for 2 nights and it has to be one of the best rental homes I have stayed in. Raquel was very nice and was very quick to answer any question I had about the house. The backyard was absolutely BEAUTIFUL in every aspect. WILL BOOK AGAIN!

Amazing hostess, fun stay

Perfect VRBO experience. We had a longer stay while transitioning between houses, but Raquel made us feel right at home. The place is as advertised, very comfy and with an enclosed pet area and a pool. It feels very safe, there’s a gate code to enter the property and a door code to get into the casita. Raquel lives in the larger house right next door and is available to help with anything. Keep in mind the pool is in her yard and she has her own dogs so you will want to coordinate with her when using the pool.

Wonderful Stay

Best price in town! We searched different areas throughout Vegas and couldn't beat this. Check in was easy and convenient. Raquel and family have been great and were very accommodating. We had to extend our stay for another month and thankfully they had availability. This Casita was a great home away from home with separate entry gate, driveway, and yard area, which was big enough for both of our dogs to run and play. They let us have our privacy and kept to themselves. Raquel was very attentive and responded quickly when we had questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again if needed, and we recommend it to others.

Most beautiful backyard ever!

Jose & Raquel were so kind & welcoming. Always there to help when needed. Our littles LOVED the pool & hotub. They played into the evenings. We all soaked up some much needed sun after a long winter in MN. I myself loved to sketch in the mornings outside in the most beautiful backyard ever! Awesome Place! Super Nice Owner!

Truly a gem in the desert! We stayed for a 10 day trip to the area for a business convention and sight seeing. We highly enjoyed the home and back yard! Great pool and jacuzzi! We felt right at home! Raquel and her family are super nice and very attentive to our needs during the stay. The house is super convenient to the grocery store, Walmart, and anything else you need! Very easy access to the interstates. Close enough to the strip for a quick trip but yet far enough away that it was quite and peaceful in the neighborhood! Also close to Red Rock Canyon and about a 45 min drive to the Hoover Dam. We visited several casinos in the area, there are actually two major casinos right by the house but they were still closed from the COVID shutdown while we were there. We highly recommend this property and we will be staying there again when and if we return to the area!

Cozy & Beautiful & Close To Everything

I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that is about 15 feet in front of the front door. It is very startling when you dont know anything about them. So, just be prepared and youll be fine. Again, there is a large gate between he dogs and the side unit, so, nothing to be alarmed about. Overall this was a very enjoyable place to stay, and close to everything, the location cantnbe beat. I would highly recommend it.

A Stay at Raquel's Place

Check-in was easy, just put in the code to the door. We brought our dog and the yard was just great it was huge. Raquel has her own dogs and my dog and one of her dogs played everyday. Swimming pool is for the summer but the hot tub works just fine. Everything in the kitchen worked fine and it was well-stocked. Raquel is an excellent host directions to wherever you wanted to go and anything that we needed she provided. Internet connection was Secure and fast. I looked forward to the conversations with Raquel's father. No hesitation to stay there again.

The property was a perfect size for my husband and his friend. Everything was comfortable and clean and the backyard is amazing. The check in and check out process was super easy. If we ever go back to this area again, we would stay here again!

Beautiful property

The place was the perfect size for me and my two friends! It was a quick uber ride from the strip and far enough so you get some peace and quiet at night. The host was very easy to reach and responded to all my messages really quickly. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Casita!!

Raquel was a Wonderful Host. Communicate about my stay, before booking was clear. My Husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and some family and friends that came to town were able to gather with us for a mixer in the Beautiful backyard space. We have found a Comfortable Gem in Raquel's guest house! It was just perfect for us...the only downer was we didn't book more days. We will definitely be booking this Casita on future visits to Las Vegas. Thank you Raquel you are Awesome & your home is perfect for a couple! Great place to get away!

Raquel and Jose were great the accommodations were exactly as advertised. Great for two couples or a family of Four. About 15 minutes from the strip and recommend using UBER. Would stay again!

Quick stay for a wedding!

We traveled to Vegas for a wedding in Summerlin and the location was a quick 10 minute drive. Being that it’s pet friendly we brought our dog and really enjoyed the backyard. We would definitely stay again as it was cute, clean, and an easily accessible location.

Paradise

Beautiful outside and inside. My party and I mostly spent most of our time outside in the pool or by the fire place. The owner was very nice to come outside and show me how/where to turn the lights on. He was very nice about me texting at all hours of the day. I was clumsy and broke a awesome chair 😬 he was very nonchalant about it. If you ever want to feel spoiled on your vaca, definitely rent from Raquel.

A true oasis...

CLEAN & COMFORTABLE. If available and the strip doesn't matter to you, BOOK it! Private pool/jacuzzi/BBQ/gorgeous backyard. Not a place to cook a large family meal in a kitchen, but really who wants to cook like that on vacation? Do yourself a favor and have dinner at Mezzo. The filet was amazing! So clean and welcoming. First time to Vegas that I actually enjoyed myself. Will only stay here in the future. Close enough to strip to drive there, but not walk. Free parking, quiet neighborhood, and I wasn't worried my kids would wake anyone but me. Dishes were clean as was everything else. Loved it!

Great relaxing place

It was a great spot! The stove didn’t work and I texted the owner and they had installed a new one while we were out at the casino that same day. Amazing service. The backyard was great and we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast each morning. Extremely clean and had everything we needed.
