The space
This ultimate Jersey Shore resort-style vacation home is tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The clean, modern beach-themed interior design showcases local beach photography mounted on glass throughout the house. Guests enjoy the simple touches of the Jersey Shore throughout the home while they enjoy amenities typically found at luxury resorts.

Bad weather will never ruin your plans, because attached to this sprawling home is a private pool house complete with a gym, pool table, gas fireplace, lounge area, beverage refrigerator, and full bath. The 4-season sunroom boasts a full bar with TVs, air hockey, foosball, darts, giant connect 4, blackjack table, thousands of video games on several classic arcade machines, two massage spa chairs and wood-burning stove! Rain or shine, this house has large rooms with activities for endless family fun and secluded corners for reading, board games and relaxing.

You can sit on the back patio with your morning coffee and observe the hawks and eagles with binoculars. Relax on the outdoor loungers or hammock and cook burgers and hotdogs on the natural-gas grill. Dine alfresco using the provided outdoor dining table and chairs. At night, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, and get a closer look at the stars with the telescope.

Inside, the main floor features a living room has a 75” Smart TV, plenty of seating and floor space and natural light from the bay window. The large gourmet kitchen and dining room is adjacent to the expansive sunroom with a sports bar. The gigantic master bedroom has a separate seating area, a 55” Smart TV, walk-in closet, king-sized bed and master bath. You’ll also find the 2nd bedroom complete with a queen-sized bed, large closet, and west-facing windows.

Upstairs, recline and watch movies in the den on the 65” Smart TV before retiring to any one of 3 large additional bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and skylights. One bedroom even has a reading loft with expansive views to the west. Perfect for a quiet sunset.

The home is undergoing a refresh with new paint, flooring, and other amenities. Fully automated locks, HVAC, and security system through Apple HomeKit. All TVs are Smart TV’s with an active subscription to Xfinity Streaming and multiple streaming apps that you may log into.
