Owls head outlet streams into long lake from the west and south pond outlet from the east right off the point of the property. Additionally, the property is located one mile from buttermilk falls which not only offers year-round beauty but the sound of falls from this home on most evenings. In addition, during the summer months, kids and adults can put their tubes in below the falls and enjoy tubing down the raquette river one mile or so to long lake. When the lake is frozen, the access road to the property allows you to jump on a snowmobile for an adventure on hundreds of miles of well-maintained trails and lakes.
