Juan was very nice and happened to be there when I checked in. Easy parking spot in his driveway. Great depiction of the stay. Would definitely stay here again for work as a single person traveling for a few days. Nice neighborhood and convenient to Pasadena. Whole thing was very easy. Room had radiator/ a/c, mini fridge and nice kitchenette and bathroom. Good shower pressure. Thank you very much Juan.
