2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo on Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point only 3.5 hours from Phoenix. The Esmeralda Beach Resort is the newest upscale resort on the white sandy beaches of Puerto Peñasco, Mexico – better known as Rocky Point to locals. The Esmeralda represents a modern architectural gem with blue glass windows throughout, designed to mirror the striking deep hues of the Sea of Cortez which resides just steps away. Please be aware that the building is still under construction, you can hear light noises during the day. Guests can now enjoy the newly added heated pool in the resort's common areas, perfect for year-round relaxation. Enjoy the beauty of the Sunsets, in this condo, you can accommodate 6 people maximum.

OCCUPANCY: Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the property of any kind.
Each rental is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice.

It was a great place to stay, very clean, for once it was exactly how the pictures showed and Nicholas was great answered my questions fast and was pleasant made the stay even better!!!!

Great place

Great experience overall from the point of checking in till we checked out. Very professional staff ready to accommodate us with our requests and very friendly. The apartment was very nice and clean. The only downside to this place like many others in Puerto Penasco resorts is that are a lot of big rocks when you get in the ocean, and have a good chance of getting some cuts on your feet or twist your ankles.

Typically when staying in a VRBO they are owned by a person who also stays here. This unit was owed by NNA Properties so there was nothing "extra" in the unit. No aluminum foil, baggies, spices, cookie sheet, ect. I also stayed here because of Diego's Tiki Bar right next door. Food and drinks were awesome as usual but the employee's working here, at the pool bar and resort store did not speak English so communication was hard.

I tried to cancel within the refund time frame and still haven't heard a word

I requested a cancelation on September 19th and still haven't heard back It was stated that I would get a full refund on your site if requested prior to September 20

Beautiful room and view

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view was amazing! There is construction on the end of the resort, but it did not have an impact on our stay whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and would stay again :)

What an absolutely gorgeous condo! Wish we were there for more than 2 nights. So beautiful!!! So much space with a guest quarters and 3 bathrooms!
