Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, 2 couches, 2 comfy armchairs, and a flat screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with 2 stainless-steel refrigerators, stove, microwave, and 2 dishwashers plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 3 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 20 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There are 2 large tables with bench seating for 20. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 3 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Drive in head-to-head competition in a dual Fast & Furious Drift. Get in a 4 player tournament of golf on the Golden Tee, step up to the multi-cade pub table to take a step back in time and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. Ever played digital pinball? You're in for a treat!
Upstairs, get in a game pool while taking in the gorgeous views from the loft high windows.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 5 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV and balcony entrance. Choose from 5 King Beds, or queen over queen bunk beds in the game room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

Perfect for an Engagement

We celebrated my father’s 70th birthday and having all his children under one roof is exactly what he wanted. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The bears were an interesting experience, but the kids were excited to see them. My only complaint was that the shower curtain liners needed to be replaced. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! Good sleeping spaces for our group of 10 kids/8 adults. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed several (safe) bear sightings! Kids loved the game room and we had great family time in the kitchen/living space. Only things that could’ve been better is more cooking equipment (pots, bowls, leftover storage) and the main and lower level decks seemed a bit wobbly/crooked.

Nice cabin but some maintenance needed

Great location and cabin was well appointed. However a few things need some work. The hot tub cover is in shambles and needs replacement. It drops foam into the tub which floats on top while you use it. The hot tub is also missing two suction safety covers in the bottom. This absence of the cover caused my daughter’s leg to get suctioned against it. Also the fire pit quit working on day two, service came on day three and could not fix it. The deck railing on the main level shakes easily and needs repair. The mx guy came out and repaired a sink that was loose during the stay. While walking around inside the cabin our feet and socks where black by day one and spider webs and debris where located on the second level ledge. I spoke with the owner about these issues and they said a cleaning agent used makes the floor have residue and the ledge can’t be cleaned due to it’s location and requiring a ladder. I could not in my right mind allow the cabin to be rented with the ledge covered in webs and garbage. Again the owner was responsive but gave me a story about that cleaning of the ledge on a yearly deep clean. So be ready to look at garbage thrown up there from previous guests.

We had a blast at this cabin. Road to cabin is kind of steep in areas an the hot tub needs alittle tlc....over all a great time & plenty of room for everyone!

Great Location for a Wedding Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a dozen or so people gathering for a wedding, and “Love on the Horizon” served as our home base for the guests. It had ample bedrooms and a fantastic great room for large gatherings with multiple refrigerators with ice makers for keeping refreshments cold. Outside parking was tight, but adequate for our guests. The outdoor decks and huge hot tub with fire pit was the hit of the week for our guests. The hot tub took a long time to heat up, so plan accordingly. The home was relatively clean, but was beginning to show signs of age - especially in linens and the outer deck, which was needing a good re-stain and tightening (seemed wobbly in places). The kitchen drawers needed a good cleaning - lots of crumbs. Also, there were no existing condiments in the home when we arrived, so be sure to visit the local grocery store if you plan to cook. Great WiFi if you need to work / stream content.

Friends weekend

So nice having five king suites for everyone to enjoy their comfort and privacy. Cabin is close enough to gatlinburg. But also plenty of great food closer! Views were amazing! The hot tub area was so nice with the large gas firepit. The whole group had zero complaints.

It is made to handle large groups in comfort. The two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and 10 person swim spa served our large group well. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Only suggestions would be to add luggage racks to bedrooms and towel hooks in bathrooms. Also some dishes and glasses were chipped so might need to get rid of some of them. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, wine glasses, etc. I would highly recommend this home!
