Cypress Ave is your vacation getaway! A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 8 is your perfect getaway . With the beach on one side and the inlets on the other , both literally only steps away this is your perfect vacation spot ! With amenities such as full fridge, oven, stove, pool which is shared by 7 houses in our HOA. it has it all! The house is 10 minutes from Myrtle Beach Air Port, 5 Minutes from some of the country’s best seafood on the famous Marshwalk. The house s also a 2 min walk to the Garden City Pier for some fishing, night life and Arcade. Come, stay , relax, and put your toes in the sand.

Also golf cart is available for rental at $500.00 per week or $100.00 per day.

Great location to get to the beach. Plenty of room. Washer and dryer on property is downstairs. Parking bays were a tight fit for a larger vehicle. Overall we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic House

We had a great time here. The house was perfect. The location is directly across from a public access point and close to everything we needed. Check in and checkout were super easy. The house was well stocked and we felt like we were at home. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.10/10 would recommend to our friends

Lovely stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was as expected based on the posting. The beach is close and easy too access. The pool was also very enjoyable and steps from the lower porch. We also enjoyed walking down to the pier in the evenings to listen to live music. The owners were very responsive with any issues and helped to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Our family's stay here was an enjoyable one, largely owing to this property. This clean, well organized property had all the comforts of home and is conveniently located less than a five minute walk from the beach. Our host, Richard, punctually and politely replied to our questions. We highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again.

Garden City Beach House

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach. The only thing I would change would be more towels. There was a basket of dirty towels in the master closet when we arrived. We did have 2 clean towels per room, but it would have been nice to have more.

My family and I (3 adults, 2kids) stayed here for a week & it was fantastic! The house was exactly as listed- if not better; clean, plenty of linens/blankets and a fully stocked kitchen (but heads up- no plastic plates/bowls for the kids, only plastic cups). The pool was warm and directly across from the balcony! Washer & dryer on the ground floor was great (but byo laundry basket/hamper). Plenty of chairs and toys in the deck box! You’re just steps from the beach entrance which made beach days a breeze! We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

The Best!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! We rented the golf cart and had the best time riding to local stores, restaurants and piers. The walk to the beach was easy and took no time. The house was just right for our family! We very much enjoyed the deck and the lower sitting area with the swing. The host was very responsive and the house was very clean with all the appliances you could need! We would definitely consider booking again!

Nice beach house!

I was so happy that it was such a short walk to the beach! The house was great but I did have to wipe some spills off some of the walls and baseboards but I’m a fanatical house keeper! It was good to have the pool for the kids. I do think the home owners in this area should get together and have the town change the noise ordinance to 10:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 p.m. because of the fireworks every night. Richard was a great host!
