This rental is very clean and cozy. The beach is a short walk right across the street. Check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect beach house!

Our little family absolutely adored this property. The location is honestly unbeatable. We were about to walk right across to the beach in a matter of a few minutes. The littles (ages 4 and 6) had no complaints about the short walk. The outdoor shower was super handy for washing off the kiddos before heading in for baths. The property was spotless upon arrival and everything is so well maintained. Photos simply do not do this place justice. We hope to be back for our next beach adventure! PS- the baby ducks coming to visit were a family favorite!

Easter weekend 2025

As we arrived we noticed how well kept the property was. Then when we went to go into the house, the doir cide didnt work. I called janet, and she picked right up, give me the new door code, & apologized. Everything was what we expected, except one thing. There were about 10 to 12 homes all right there together, whom all share the pool. Like i said, the home, the owner, and everything was great, but just know youll be sharing a pool with several ppl.

I LOVED the location. And would stay here again. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The lack of bed linens and towels in baths and kitchen was a bummer but I understand why they might need to or want to do that…Proximity to the beach was incredible. Plenty of parking. 10/10 would stay again!

Rainy Week in Garden City

We enjoyed everything about the property. The porch was great due to it raining most of the week. The walk to the beach & pool was easy, when we were able to go! The board games were enjoyed as well. We hope to stay again in the future!

Beach retreat

This property was the easiest of my vacation transactions in the past few years. The owner/ property manager responds quickly to messages. We enjoyed the close access to the beach. Our only complaint is that there are no chairs by the pool and some places in the past provided beach chairs.

Enjoyed spring break with the family. It was the perfect location with the beach and pool. Everything about the home was inviting. The front porch was my favorite spot.

Excellent Value - Easy Walk to Beach

The property was very clean and well-kept. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, cookware and utensils. The beach access was just a few hundred yards away. The house was simple, but comfortable. It even had comfortable mattresses. The owners were very responsive to questions and greet with communication

Vacation for our ever growing family....

This was our second year at this property. We loved our week there so much last year that we booked two weeks this year! We love the location, clean beaches, never over crowded and clean. The pool facility is nice and is a great transition for the kids from beach to pool to the house for dinner. We had a great time but with new additions on the way, we will exceed the max capacity of the house for next year. So many great memories though!! Thank you!!
