Beautifully updated 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home in North Overton, just 0.8 miles from Texas Tech University and Jones AT&T Stadium. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests (or up to 8 with the optional studio add-on), making it perfect for families, groups, or campus visits. Inside, you’ll find leather sofas, a 50” TV, free WiFi, and three cozy queen beds. The fully stocked kitchen — plus a dedicated coffee station — makes it easy to cook meals or start your mornings off right.

Step outside to enjoy the covered, furnished patio with two TVs, electric grills, and a privately fenced, artificial-turfed yard — ideal for relaxing or catching the game outdoors. For added flexibility, we provide two air mattresses (full and twin). One well-behaved dog under 30 lbs is welcome (sorry, no puppies or cats).

One of the best VRBO we’ve stayed in! Place was beautiful and clean just like the photos. Super convenient to everything especially Texas Tech Univ indoor track stadium where my son participated in a track meet for 2 days. Hosts were nice, professional and accommodating. Made our stay in Lubbock wonderful. Definitely a home away from home. Would stay here again if we are ever back in Lubbock Tx. :D

The property was spotless, spacious, and perfectly maintained—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The layout made it easy for everyone to have plenty of room, and it truly felt like a home away from home.Marco and Debbie were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in making sure guests have the best experience possible. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our trip seamless from start to finish.We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town. Grad weekend

Last minute need for place to stay due to other reservations being double booked. Debbie was wonderful to quickly respond and insure us that she would take care of our family! The location was great, house great! We could not of ask for a better weekend! Highly recommend this place and our wonderful host, Debbie!!

AMAZING House!!!

After staying in more rentals than I can remember, this house tops them all!!! Great decor, location and cleanliness. Hosts were amazing with great communication. They had extras of anything we forgot (toothpaste!). With a short walking distance to Tech, the stadium, restaurants, bars, Starbucks
..you can’t go wrong. As you can tell, we loved this place and hope to be back!!!

We’re a San Antonio family with deep Texas Tech roots — both of us graduated from TTU in 1997, and all three of our kids have proudly followed in our footsteps. This home has been a special part of our family’s journey: it was first shared on VRBO, then became a place where each of our kids lived (sometimes together, sometimes on their own). Now, we’re excited to open it up again and share it with you. We hope you feel as at home here as we always have!

We absolutely love North Overton! It’s one of the most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods in Lubbock, with a great mix of student energy and local charm. The house is just a short walk from Texas Tech University, making it incredibly convenient for campus visits, events, and game days. You’ll also find plenty of shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby, so there’s always something to do without having to drive across town. And for football fans, nothing beats being able to stroll over to Jones AT&T Stadium and skip the parking hassle on game day. It’s the perfect spot to experience all that Texas Tech and Lubbock have to offer!

For extra space, the converted garage can also be rented — complete with its own living area, queen bed, bathroom, and kitchen. Outside, you’ll find a covered patio with two TVs — the ideal setup for enjoying your morning coffee while catching SportsCenter or the news, or winding down in the evening with friends.
