Aqua Bella is a place to kick off your shoes and relax! This cozy ground floor apartment in the heart of downtown Carolina Beach is just two blocks from Britt's Donuts, the ocean and the recently renovated beach boardwalk. .Two queen beds, plenty of off street parking, outdoor seating with shade umbrellas and charcoal grills. Sweet and simple. Pets are welcome!

safety in tub, very slick. place a tub mat or grab bars

other than a bad fall in tub we enjoyed our stay. it is an older building and small rooms kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens were provided

Nice Stay

The two best things about this rental: 1.) Proximity to the beach and restaurants. No need to worry about paying for parking because you can walk to both. 2.) It’s dog friendly. Our four legged companion was thrilled to vacay with us.

Quick get away

Great location! 6 minute walk to the beach, only 10 minute walk to boardwalk! Even though you are around businesses, very quiet at night! Outdoor space was great ! The beds super comfortable! Perfect for the dog, mine is old so no steps great for her . The locals super friendly everywhere we went.Things we didn’t like , no TVs in bedrooms, the couch was super uncomfortable, sagged in the middle. The house itself sagged , things rolled off the counter . The refrigerator would not stay closed. But check in super easy , laundry available if needed.

Great location misleading ad

The pictures on the ad are not the property. The rooms were much smaller with completely different furniture. I am pretty sure the pictures are of the upper unit and we were given the lower unit. The couch was a small loveseat with cigarette burns, in truth all the furniture was extremely worn with scratches and paint splatters. The walls and tiles had cracks and some small holes. The comforters on the bed at first glance appeared clean until we pulled back the blankets and found drawings made by sharpies and a gigantic bleach stain. The water pressure in the unit is also very poor and if anyone flushed or used water in either unit the faucets would only produce a trickle. I have video showing the apartment when we arrived and it is obvious that it is not the same as the pictures in the ad. We had however drove 10 hours with 2 young kids so I cleaned and we made the best of the situation. We had fun on our trip but mostly because we spent most of our time out.

Great location

Cute little house, I stayed in the bottom floor unit. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach, didn't have to drive and was able to walk to the beach every day. Lots of restaurants in walking distance as well as the boardwalk. The only downside was that when the people renting the 2nd floor unit came, it sounded like they were stomping around when I believe they were just walking from room to room. Also water pressure not so great. But other than those 2 things, great unit and enjoyed my stay! I brought my dog and there was a yard and cute neighborhood to walk her in.

Close to everything

This was truly a beach house that you didn’t have to worry about with 2 kids and 2 dogs. It wasn’t spotless and that was ok at the beach. It was located right in the middle of everything and walking to places was nice. The pictures on the listing didn’t match the actual house- maybe renovations had been made? Luckily it didn’t impact anything that we were expecting. The kitchen had everything we needed and when we had issues connecting to the WiFi, the owner was quick to respond. The grass was a bit long for the dogs so we went for walks. The street that the house was located on, was quiet and not much traffic. The floor near bathroom seemed to be sinking and I kept tripping on the floorboards that were higher than the others.
