Vues fantastiques sur l'océan et le canal! 6-7 personnes.

Bienvenue à "Carolina Winds", notre deuxiÚme maison que nous louons de maniÚre sélective à des clients, des références et des amis.

Ce condo de deuxiÚme rangée dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains et une vue sur l'océan et le canal. Les installations comprennent une piscine privée, la télévision par cùble, le WiFi, un écran plat LED de 46 pouces, des téléviseurs à écran plat dans les deux chambres, une laveuse et une sécheuse à chargement frontal, des comptoirs en granit et une terrasse surdimensionnée (14x20) qui est parfaite pour l'extérieur manger et regarder les feux d'artifice. Un lit queen-size dans chaque chambre, un canapé-lit / canapé-lit et un lit / chaise simple pourront accueillir jusqu'à 7 adultes et pack-n-play prendra soin du nourrisson ou du tout-petit. Le condo est joliment décoré avec des couleurs de plage amusantes et est un endroit fantastique pour des vacances en famille, une escapade romantique ou un week-end entre filles.

Ce condo a plusieurs points d'accĂšs Ă  la plage directement en face de la rue. Pas besoin de charger la mini-fourgonnette; la zone de stockage comprend des planches de bodyboard, des chaises de plage, un parapluie et des seaux pour construire des chĂąteaux de sable!

Nous sommes Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied au nord de la promenade qui comprend les fameux beignets de Britt, des manĂšges saisonniers, des boutiques et des restaurants, des feux d'artifice le jeudi soir et d'autres jours fĂ©riĂ©s importants et des films du dimanche soir au bord du lac. À quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la copropriĂ©tĂ© se trouve la marina avec des dĂ©parts quotidiens sur les chartes de pĂȘche, les croisiĂšres au coucher du soleil, les croisiĂšres-dĂźner et la location de bateaux.

Really beautiful location, clean property, wonderful view from the fantastic front balcony, and super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other great walkable spots. Hosts were really responsive with their communication, which I appreciated. I was so glad to have a few days stay here. A couple notes - Other folks have said it, but worth noting to just be prepared for the three flights of stairs up to the property, especially if you're loading a lot of luggage or have mobility issues. I didn't think much of it, but ended up feeling it when lugging some heavy luggage up and down on arrival and departure. Also, they make sure you have freshly laundered linens and towels, which you know because they are still wrapped from the laundry company, but does mean you're making your own bed when you arrive. Not a big deal, just could be a small annoyance if you're getting in later after a lot of travel. Finally, not sure if there was just something weird going on, but the wifi absolutely did not work the entire time I was there. I could log in, but it kept dropping, and was zapping my phone battery just trying to constantly connect, and my phone service for some reason didn't work well either. Again, nothing to drop any stars for, but just wanted to note for awareness for other folks. Definitely would highly recommend staying here!

The condo is in an older building, but the host has done a very good job with the up keep. Dust/dirt buildup on switch and outlet plates was noticeable. The air vents were also covered in dust. With that being said the overall unit was clean and neat. Linens are in sealed packages from a cleaning service so you know they are clean. The beds are not the worst I have slept on, but leave a lot to be desired in comfort. The kitchen has an oven, microwave air fryer, and coffee maker for convenient use. There is also a very large deck space with partial ocean view that is great for unwinding at night and maving morning coffee. Overall I would recommend this condo as an affordable place to stay.

Location and property were overall great! Very close walk to the beach, spacious apartment with all essential amenities. obviously it’s a hike to get to the top floor, but the view is great. A few of the glasses in the kitchen were not clean, but otherwise a wonderful property will book again.

Nice Digs for a Girls Weekend

Good communication with host! Condo had been vacant prior to our arrival and it was a particularly hot day so it took a long time for the AC to cool down the unit when we arrived. (Owner was kind enough to contact maintenance guy!)Great location! Steps from the beach. Decent view of Thursday night fireworks from the deck. Quick walk to the "boardwalk". Short drive to a Publix grocery store. Sufficiently equipped kitchen (air fryer!) to cook breakfast and dinner. Condo had definitely been cleaned by a cleaning service prior to our arrival. The linen service left plastic wrapped sets of clean sheets and towels on the beds. To improve your stay, I would recommend bringing:- extra towel or bathmat to use at the sliding entry door as a place to remove shoes and wipe feet so you don't track sand into the condo - dish towels so you don't have to run the washer/dryer just to clean the two provided dish towels before you depart- a drying rack or portable clothesline so you have somewhere to hang wet bathing suits and towels as there are ZERO hangers or clotheslines in the condo- a comfortable pillow or two (There are several in the condo but they're quite old and lumpy.)ALSO -- Be careful not to block other guests' cars. This didn't happen to us, but other visitors to the complex couldn't move their car one evening because someone had parked them in...and didn't leave a cell phone number or unit number on their car! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was outstanding. Clean, comfortable beds, and a beautiful deck with a view of the ocean. Perfect for our visit to Wilmington and Carolina Beach.

Vacay getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the condo!!! And the view is absolutely gorgeous, especially when you can see a rainbow out on the ocean during a shower! We had was with the toaster and we no problem getting in touch with Brad and he told us to go ahead and toss it and he would get another one order!!! He was a phenomenal host!!!!

Fantastic place to stay!

This condo was fantastic! It was better than we expected! There are 6 flights of stairs (7 steps each flight) up to the 3rd level. But the ocean from view is definitely worth it! Very nice deck w/table & chairs is great for outdoor dining. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything needed! Pool very nice & a short walk to the beach! Only about 10 minute walk to restaurants & boardwalk. Highly recommend this condo!

We toured properties all over the island. This Condo was the ONLY one that checked ALL the boxes. Private Pool, direct beach access, recent updates, awesome views, walkable to the boardwalk, large deck....check, check, check!
