Very welcoming but the bathrooms in the bedrooms are FREEZING. I used the common bathroom .

WiFi info was incorrect on check in email. Could not get tvs to work so we could not watch tv our whole stay. We got heavy rain and one of the bathrooms had a leak from the roof and we had to clean up the wet floor. Very delayed response from the host.

The hot tub was a perfect temperature! The entire home was incredibly clean! The contact with the property manager was minimal, and no hounding. I cannot wait to return with the kids! This will be our vacation house for years to come if it remains a rental! Such a beautiful home!!

Quick trip

Went for my granddaughter’s dance competition. Thought the pond would be accessible and it wasn’t. I was supposed to work on Friday but the internet in the home was so bad you could only have one tv working at a time. My work computer was unable to do anything because of the WiFi. The location was great but there appears to be people living in tents in the ditch across the street from the home so we did not let our kids go outside to play. Loved the hot tub. The house was clean so no complaints on that.

Nice stay but some issues

The house was very nice the neighborhood was run down, going up to the house and around the house TV on the back deck did not work they needed a privacy screen going up on the back deck to make it more privacy .for the hot tub the hot tub had soap like bubbles, internet kept going down. Wrong internet and password provided. All in all was a good stay.

2/14/25-2/16/25I read the reviews and just want to clarify my stay and my experience! First off, the hot tub has been upgraded from what the post shows, looked brand new actually. Secondly, one of the reviews said something about a roach on the counter, there is absolutely NO bugs in this home. Lastly, check in and check out was a breeze! Everything was clean, neat, and more than we expected. We will most definitely book again!

Family trip

Very good location to attractions, esp. Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood itself is a bit run down, but you only notice it when driving in and out. Felt safe. The cabin itself was wonderful--clean, well stocked, and attractively decorated. Three full baths and the jacuzzi tub were very nice. The hot tub needed some major attention. More water, cleaned, & clorinated. The game console hooked to the TV did not work. The TV for the hot tub didn't work. Overall a good stay and would stay again, but a few things could be improved with very little effort to make the stay a 5/5Overfooverhdideeallwork.

Close to the action and hidden away at same time!

It had very nice amenities to enjoy. Just a hop, skip and jump off the main drag. Was easy to get out to enjoy anything you might want. It was quiet a step up into the house from the covered patio and many steps in the front door. By adding a ramp it would be easier for entrance..

Really nice place to stay with no problems what so ever, at no fault to the owner I forgot about how I would be entering the home and sent a message and a message with said entry was provided with in minutes! Definitely would stay again!

Good Cabin Bad Location

Cabin was great. Location is sketchy. First two nights were quiet. Third night there was open gunfire from the neighbors; heard 3 shots and peaked out the window, several more gunshots take place between two neighbors. Packed our bags immediately and got out of there because we felt unsafe.

Looks can be deceiving!!! Started out as a nice getaway only to be ended badly. Stayed our first night and really the only issue was the ice maker didn’t work and was empty and the tv at the hot tub didn’t turn on. Fast forward to the next morning cooking breakfast when a cockroach crawls across the counter. And if you see a cockroach crawling around while you’re cooking there are more in the house. Contacted VRBO and the Host. Only thing the host offers is to spray or set traps while we are gone. I ask for a refund and get told “no money back for one roach.” WHAT???? Everyone knows that we’re there is one roach there are more. I am not gonna let my family stay in a home with cockroaches crawling around. Still waiting to hear back from VRBO to see if they are gonna do anything to help!!!
