Located in historic Tahquitz River Estates, this 5 bedroom/4 bath Boho Chic Home has been completely renovated to deliver the best of the Palm Springs lifestyle - indoor/outdoor living, new resort style pool with spa/tanning shelf and amazing mountain views.

The main house features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and kitchen with bar seating/built-in dining table and living area that opens to the outdoor living space. The kitchen blends deluxe style with the desires of a modern homeowner - Porcelanosa tile, top of the line appliances, walnut cabinets, quartz countertops, & white porcelain floors.

The separate casita includes two bedrooms, one bath with oversized shower and double sink vanity and living room with built-ins featuring entertainment center and wine and beverage refrigerators. Spa-inspired bathrooms in the main house and casita feature fabulous tiled walls and showers with walnut vanities/quartz countertops. Outdoor living space has outdoor shower, built-in BBQ with bar seating, built in firepit and separate dining area shaded by a new modern wood patio cover with bistro lighting for night. Experience the ultimate in desert living at The Retreat on Mesquite.

Our family enjoyed the backyard pool area very much. The property was clean and there was room for all of us to be together, or to have space to ourselves. Great location.

Lovely Outdoor Space

We loved staying here. Plenty of space for kids and family. Hot tub and pool were heated to a comfortable temp for us. Plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked. The only thing to note is that the main house does not have a living room. Not having a comfortable spot to lounge in the main house was not ideal since that is where most of the guests stayed and where the kitchen is located.

Relaxing and fun spring break trip

Super location for this pool retreat. Nice and quiet, and very easy to get to the main strip, hikes, and airport. Layout worked wonderfully for us - 4 teens in the casita enjoying a girls getaway, my husband, son and I in the main house. Highly recommend.

Nice rental house weird set up

This house is run by a rental property. Very clean, very well organized. Strange set up with living room separate from kitchen etc part of house which was weird. Didn’t hear back from rental company until our stay was almost over about housekeeping so it didn’t happen. Great location, comfy beds and great Wi-Fi.close to hikes and shops and restaurants

Great Girl’s weekend

We enjoyed everything about this home. It is a great location, well stocked and designed very well. The backyard is a beautiful spot to hang out and enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Great holiday stay

Great stay with family. Even in cool/rainy weather the place was great - would be straight up amazing in sunny weather as the outdoor space is stunning.

Great property for a large group

Our extended family loved the different rooms all with lots of privacy and space for each individual family. The pool was a true highlight, but need to work the kinks out of the heating and water quality. It was really green and cloudy for the first few days until pool service arrived. Then the water was cold the last couple days and heater didn’t seem to work. All in all, good location and really nice style. Much better than photos!
