Meticulously remodeled in 2022, Sky Lounge is the fabulous Mid-century estate in the heart of Palm Springs you've been looking for. Open floor plan, lots of room to spread out with 2400 sq ft of living space. The best of Palm Springs awaits.
Location. Location. Location. Close to downtown. Shopping. Restaurants. This Tahquitz River Estates home is a great place to spend a weekend or an extended stay. An architecturally significant estate, built by Paul Trousdale in 1948, is a Mid-century modern oasis.
Enjoy the Palm Springs' outdoor lifestyle in the huge, totally private backyard with a mountain view. Relax by the firepit or lounge in the spa to watch the sun set behind the mountains. Enjoy chaises, putting green, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor shower, patios, and other private spaces to chill and recharge.
There is an EV charger available to guests at no additional cost!

Max overnight: 12 guests (max of 10 adults plus two additional guests age 12 or younger)
The space:
The open floor plan and walls of glass seamlessly connect the inside living areas to the back yard, pool, spa and mini golf course. This Palm Springs vacation home features a mix of authentic mid-century and modern furnishings, playful design and gorgeous lighting to create a hip, yet relaxing, vacation experience.
Beautiful terrazzo tile flooring throughout offers cool and casual comfort. There's both a living room and an office/TV room with a large sofa so everybody can have their own space. Spacious kitchen and dining room with nice outside view. Three bedrooms of the 5 bedrooms open directly to the pool. Pool heating is available for $100 per day and is recommended for comfortable swimming temperatures between October and May. Hot tub heating is always complimentary.

* Maximum of 4 cars permitted throughout entire rental period
* Maximum overnight occupancy is 8. Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted.
* Maximum daytime occupancy is 12
* No parties or events allowed
* Quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am (no noise can be heard at the property line)
* The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
* Upon arrival, all adult guests are required to agree to and sign acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor policy.
Additional Rules:
* Guests who violate the above Palm Springs ordinances are subject to immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
* Guests who violate the above Palm Springs ordinances are subject to additional fees.
