Clean rooms, amenities abound, great location! This place was great for our stay. I came with my wife and our four children. We come to Myrtle Beach annually to visit family and go to the beach.Be advised: since it is a privately owned condo, you don't have access to grand palms pools and arcade, so make sure you plan accordingly! The owner is very clear about this in the description!

Weekend getaway

The condo was more than expected. Very clean and welcoming. Close to retail, restaurants and the beach. We will be back to stay! Yvette the owner was very responsive to our questions.

Nice place in good shape but Myrtle Beach was disappointing.

The townhouse is nice but I did not realize how developed Myrtle Beach has become. Too many Hi-rise condos and hotels line the beach and too many golf courses have become housing developments. Yvette (owner) was very nice to work with and had recently painted and redecorated. Everything was as advertised.

Comfortable stay and great location

We had a great vacation in this condo. It is in a quiet resort area, although there is no access to resort facilities. It was nice to walk in the subdivision but it was too far to walk to the beach as there is no easy way to cross the highway on foot. It was just a few minutes car ride though. The best parts were the comfortable king bed, quiet walkable environment, location near the beach, golf courses and free pickleball courts at Midway Park. This older unit was fairly clean and comfortable but there were some maintenance and cleaning issues that need attending to. Our host was responsive to our communication about these recommendations.

Great Stay

Nice stay. Place was as advertised- nothing fancy, but we were there for daily trips to Huntington Beach State Park not staying inside. There were a couple of games and three tvs in case someone was interested in staying in. Not us though. Place has a Keurig which is not mentioned. I had packed regular coffee stuff and had to run out to WalMart- close by- to get Keurig pods. Not a big deal, actually a nice surprise.

Comfy and quiet

This condo worked great for us on this trip. The owner was super responsive and nice! Normally we would want to be closer to the ocean (condo is about a 5 min drive from public access) but we didn’t need to be this time. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The pond has been cut in half by a new road to subdivision but there is still a nice area of water in the back. It was nice that everything we needed, linens, washer/dryer, cooking utensils etc was there. The beds were very comfy and having a full and half bath was great for us. I did take one star off of cleanliness only because the floor could use a good cleaning. It’s tile and being at the beach I know it must be hard to keep clean.

Beautiful property close to the beach!

This condo was very welcoming to me and my family. It was beautiful, clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed for our beach stay. We enjoyed the accommodations and would definitely stay again!

Great Property

From start to finish the process was easy because Yvette was so prompt in responding. The property was clean, bright and welcoming. The kitchen was well supplied with a k- cup coffee maker, air fryer and more. There were starter supplies of detergents and paper goods. Wonderful stay with space for entertaining. Safe and quiet area. Loved every minute. Yvette was a great host.

Loved my stay

My stay on Yvette’s property was wonderful! The entire process from the booking to her message response time was great. The property was very clean and check in and out instructions were very helpful. I appreciated the little touches such as the shampoo/ conditioner and even an air fryer to use if needed. I would love to return and book with her again!
