Oceanfront Condo avec Outrageous View, Garden City Beach

Ce luxueux 1240 sq. Ft. 2 chambres en bord de mer condo est situé au 11Úme étage du One Ocean Place. Un Ocean Place est Premier complexe de condominiums de luxe de Garden City situé à seulement 15 minutes au sud de Myrtle Beach. L'unité offre une vue magnifique sur la plage tout au long. Le salon est équipé d'un bar, 55 pouces à écran plat Smart TV, lecteur DVD Blu-ray et dans l'unité WIFI. Le salon est conçu avec 5 panneaux de plafond à portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrant sur un grand balcon en bord de mer également accessible depuis la chambre des maßtres. La chambre principale est équipée d'un téléviseur à écran plat et d'un lit king size. Le maßtre de bain décoré personnalisé est conçu avec une baignoire jardin, douche et dressing. La 2Úme chambre avec salle de bain attenante a 1 lit double, 1 lit superposé complet / twin et TV à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans l'unité.


Inclus sont deux piscines en front de mer et des bains à remous sur un pont surélevé avec vue sur la plage avec beaucoup de chaises longues, vingt-quatre heures de sécurité et un parking couvert.

This is an exceptional property! Absolutely stunning ocean views, contemporary style. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The hosts communicated everything to make access easy. Close to what Murrells Inlet offers. I have rented many places and this property is at the top of my list.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable and had the best beach view all day long! Safe parking and easy access to the beach and pools. The hosts were extremely accommodating when we needed to reschedule. Lots of great food and restaurants nearby, we enjoyed dinner at the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk every night. Would definitely return as well as recommend to friends.

A lovely home in a gorgeous area! The communication from the hosts was top tier! Had a good selection of pots and pans and utensils (I’d recommend adding tongs!). The second bedroom could get quite loud, as it’s right near the elevator and the street noise carries. Also there was string fully across the balcony that you can’t really notice from listing photos. It’s intended to keep birds away (which makes total sense), but it does detract from the view/balcony experience a bit. We still enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean!

Great views of the ocean! Condo is clean and nicely furnished with tasteful decor. New appliances and everything works! A/C works great. Reverse osmosis water at coffee bar is a plus. Secure gated parking with coded access to the beautiful beach. Swift elevators. Used Uber to easily go to dinner nightly within 10-15 minutes. Excellent communications with Host. Highly Recommend!

We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for over 50 years, staying from Cherry Grove to Murrell's Inlet, and this is our new favorite. From the cleanliness to the quality of the linens, it was fantastic. Little things, like the balcony doors moving easily and quietly with secure handles, and locks that actually worked made the stay so much better. New appliances that performed very well including the HVAC system, comfortable furniture and beds, and a great overall facility rounded out our exceptional vacation. We look forward to staying in this unit again!

The condo was very nice.

There were a few things that caught our attention. The lack of a towel rack in the small bathroom. There was a message that there had been an easy fix by housekeeper but I didn't see it. There were also crumbs in the fridge and scum in the corners of the small shower floor. Like I said, nothing major

Perfect location

We had one goal in mind, wake up and see the ocean. This condo accomplished that for us. The owners were very accessible by phone when in need. Everything was amazing and we had a wonder time, great location. So thankful for the experience.

Hard to leave

We walked in and was amazed at the view of the ocean and beach. The condo was very fresh and clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The owner gave very good instructions from parking and entering the condo to access to the beach and pool. We liked it was quiet. It was also easy to get to places from there. We would definitely stay there again. It was hard to leave. We felt spoiled.

Great place, large, spacious and very comfortable stay. Quick Direct help from owner for an issue with the TV that fixed everything. We have already reserved the unit for Christmas and maybe found our permanent beach home. Great value!

Short Garden City getaway

Other than a little confusion with the new security system in the parking deck and access gates, everything was absolutely stunning. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions. I love being so close to the Conch Cafe. As I used to live in Murrells Inlet, it was a nice return to my old stomping grounds. I highly recommend Inlet yoga for a bit of a yen experience.

Our Stay at One Ocean Place

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Scott and Staci's condo. The views were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with easy access to a private area where we enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub. We’re already planning to stay here again and have enthusiastically recommended this VRBO to our friends and family.

Beautiful home!

The property was clean and absolutely beautiful! The furnishings were lovely and comfortable. You feel safe with the key code entry into the parking lot. The weather was a little cool so we weren't able to make use of the pool but did use the hot tub.The owners were great at communication and easy to deal with. Great experience all around. Thank you Staci and Scott for a wonderful vacation.

First time Garden City

Condo is just as pictured really nice with updated bathrooms with stand up showers and nice appliances in the kitchen. Very clean and the condo building is well maintained. View of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows gorgeous. Location is very good with many restaurants nearby on Murrell’s Inlet. Beach is wide and great for long walks. Owners were very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
