Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have two 3br units on this 5th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

AGC Rodeo Weekend

The condo was in an excellent location, plenty of room, beautiful view, nice balcony furniture, great service for onsite chair delivery, and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the den was spacious. We enjoyed the lazy river, zero entry pool, and splash pad. Only suggestions would be to add a casserole dish to the kitchen, and move the box that guest discard cigarettes away from the entrance to the elevators. Every time we would walk to the parking garage, smelled like an ash tray. Excellent condo and definitely would return!

Great family vacation!

It was our first family vacation with my siblings and their families. The place was clean and very beautiful. The pool and gym were amazing. Plus, it’s right on the beach and not too high up being on 5th floor. We could park on 5th floor of parking garage and walk straight to our condo. Will definitely consider going back!

Family of 8 adults

It was a wonderful condo and fit 8 adults very well, had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The only thing I’d say if to stock the kitchen with more utensils, Tupperware etc. There was no can opener. We didn’t realize we had to check in at the lobby and get wrist bands to wear while using the pool/beach access.But very minor things. We absolutely enjoyed our trip! The grounds were very well maintained, we even used the gym which was well equipped too! Wonderful place, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

The floors had sand throughout the condo whej we 1st gor there. The pots and pans were terrible. They need to have been thown away. We had to go buy one. We left it there for the next guest.The couch was stained/dirty. The bar stool pads were stained/dirty. The comforters were dirty.The condo itself was very spacious. It accommodated everyone.The view of the ocean and beach was absolutely amazing. The lazy river was loved by many.Overall our stay was ok. I do think for the amount of money that is charged it should have been in better shape. The host communicated once we got there. He was nice.

Very Nice Stay!

A couple of items which I would suggest needing to be addressed.The mattress on the King bed near the street should be replaced. Extremely soft and noisy. Door handle on bathroom door in the turquoise bedroom needs to be fixed. The handle was missing when we arrived and my son in law tried to temp fix it. Condo could use a can opener. And lastly- although it was a worst stay we did have one night with a large bachelorette party disrupting the night time beyond the pool hours. There was no security ever seen during our entire stay to handle things and this is a deal breaker for next time if security is not present. Police did respond to a domestic on ninth floor. There was also a couple sitting far away by the back stairwell eatting one night. Very odd as if they were not staying there. Just a heads up But all in all condo was very nice and had a great time.

Semi-Sweet Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love so many things about this condo- the location, the lazy river and splash pad, the square footage. If you want a simple, no-frills place to stay this will work. I am disappointed that the quality of the stay doesn't match the price. The closets in the master bedroom are small and there was random stuff stored there like old bedding and worn pillows, ironing boards and beach chairs. We did not have room for our suitcases. There were two thin blankets in the condo; it would have been nice to have soft fluffy blankets for everyone to cuddle up in as we watched movies at night. Also, the coverlets on the bed are thin. Bring your own plastic cups for drinks, there are none. Bring your own soap, shampoos, etc. The samples here are tiny and cheap. Bring your own games, books, etc. The floors were sandy when we arrived, there were multiple burned out lightbulbs, a leak under the sink and the freezer quit the day before we left. The kitchen is very minimal, with no platters or serving trays for food. We purchased several things we needed for cooking our meals. The single chair in the living area is broken and the couch was soiled. All this made our stay feel like we were living in lack instead of having a fabulous vacation. Unfortunately, when I called the office to report the major problems(at 8:00am before we started our last vacation day) they were not in the office. When I did take time to try them again in the afternoon they said they could not afford to replace damages and to put something under the sink to catch the leak, then accused me of not calling sooner. It felt very rude and unaccomadating.

The couch, throw pillows and a few things are showing some wear from being rented.Biggest issue is with the cleaning company. Loved being on the 5th floor and walking straight out to my car instead of getting on an elevator. Lazy River and beach and pools were all very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. The beds, however, were very uncomfortable and most of us had aching backs at the end of a week. There were hardly any night stands or tables and no dressers in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, so we had to keep everything in the floor. Needed more light rugs so not constantly on sandy tile.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great vacation stay. There were a few things that could have been better. The dining table chairs were badly in need of repair and the chair cushions were very stained. A couple of the chairs we set aside to not use as we were afraid to fall through the seat. The first night we were there I noticed at bedtime that there was only a bottom sheet on the main room bed— no top sheet. This was corrected the next day with an e-mail to the manager and a new complete set of sheets was delivered to our room. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. I like to hear the ocean waves coming to shore but they could not be heard over the noise from the lazy river and slide . So if that is what you also want to hear, this is not the condo for you

It was a much needed getaway and the condo was super spacious and did not feel too cramped. The pool and water slide were a favorite of the kids. Thank you for the great accommodations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very nice property, was disappointed it sits back so far because the hotel next door blocked our view from the rest of the beach. unit needs A LOT more kitchen utensils and cookware. cleaning staff came and got master comforter and said would bring one back the next day, never showed up.

Beautiful Condo
