We had a great stay - it is a short walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants close by. The hosts are kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our short stay

This rental is more spacious than appeared in the pictures. It met our needs for staying a long weekend in traverse city and was close enough to downtown for us to walk.

Great place and great location

It had all I needed for a great long-term stay. Washer and dryer right in the unit with a full kitchen. What else could I ask for??? Great hosts! They helped me find my way around and responded quickly whenever I needed anything. Lots of privacy. A great find.

This studio apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Traverse City. It's cute, clean, well-appointed, and walkable to downtown (~1 mile). Full kitchen. Smart TV. Lovely neighborhood. Owner is warm and welcoming. We will certainly stay here again.

Great location to access anything downtown. Impeccably clean and modern décor. Excellent communication. Steep stairs to access. Be aware that there is nowhere to sit and relax other than the plush dining set chairs.

Clean studio apartment in great location

Nicely located second floor studio apartment in Traverse City. A block from the lake front with shops and restaurants less than a mile away, plus a nice park within walking distance. Sleeping Bear National Lakefront is about a 30 minute drive away and well worth a visit. Has a nice kitchen, plus washer and dryer. The shower was a tad cramped, but not too bad. Would definitely stay there again. The owners live next door and are very friendly and responsive to questions.

Get away weekend!

Such a nice, cute place to stay perfect for a weekend getaway in Traverse City. The hosts went above and beyond in giving recommendations, and gave incredible advice. I had no idea what I had planned to do in Traverse City, yet they provided my boyfriend and I with a very fun itinerary. Would certainly recommend :)

Calm land pad close to downtown

Property was very clean and cozy. We spent our days adventuring away from the property, but this was the perfect landing pad for us to relax and refresh at night.

We stayed 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and looked newly remodeled. It was nice and quiet at night, and an easy walk downtown. Owners were also very friendly and great hosts.

Great stay

Had an amazing time in TC staying at this spot. It was in the perfect location for us to do some outdoor adventuring, come back shower/change, and go back out downtown for dinner. The neighborhood is beautiful and we opted to walk to a lot of our destinations enjoying the scenery. The room had a cozy beach cottage vibe and had all the necessities we were looking for - privacy, comfy bed, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a clean bathroom. The space was a little difficult to find initially since there were no outdoor photos when we booked and I was afraid we were parking/walking into someone's backyard but Kristina was quick to answer all my messages and questions throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. The only things I would recommend to bring as a visitor is a powerstrip for behind the bed/nightstand for multiple phone chargers (if more than 1 person staying) and hangers for the closet. Overall I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend booking it for anyone visiting the area.

PERFECT stay in Traverse City!!

Booked the property last minute instead of a hotel and so happy we did! Kristina & Chad were amazing hosts - super helpful and welcoming, but gave us our space as well to come and go as we pleased. Extremely reasonable and easy to follow guest rules. The studio apartment was secure and in a safe and quiet convenient location. We hope to return on a regular basis and will always pick staying here over a hotel! Thank you both for such a lovely trip â˜ș

Home base

This was a good jumping off point for all activities we had planned. Really just used for sleeping and shower! But bed was comfortable! Shower a bit tight, but got us clean! Very close and walkable into town! Kristina was very easy to reach and communicate with. Definitely worked for what we needed it for!
