Nestled inside this stunning newly redesigned property with its light and airy, modern decor you will feel yourself relax immediately. Open the glass doors in the living room to let the tropical breezes in as you unwind or take a drink outside on the large balcony to enjoy the spectacular ocean views. You will be welcomed by high end, tasteful furnishings and classy, ocean themed decor throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities you will need for dining at home. This gorgeous condo offers two light and airy bedrooms with large, comfortable King Beds, ceiling fans, individual AC throughout each room, and lots of storage space for all your belongings. The two luxury, full bathrooms will meet all your needs. The new queen size sleeper couch completes the accommodations for up to 6 guests. Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything a group could need. Beautiful view of the ocean, great balcony to drink morning coffee. Parking was great with a numbered spot reserved for our room. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and communication with the host was fast and easy. General store and fitness facility was also nice to have on the resort property.

Perfect condo for our family of 5! Very clean, beautiful view and had everything we needed - beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys. Great fully equipped kitchen as well was great for making breakfast and lunch. Can’t wait to come back!

Spring Break

This is our 3rd trip to the Manakai. I only stay here when I come to Maui. The beach is A+ for swimming, snorkeling, relaxing, and the beach is very kid friendly. So many places to eat on Kihei Road. Highly recommended.

Paradise with a view!

Such a lovely condo, the view cannot be beat! I appreciated the amenities provided by the host; including beach chairs, towels, coffee maker etc… This is a worry free place to stay in paradise! Perfect location- we’ve stayed with friends and our children at Mana Kai, simply the best!

Paradise found

3 week stay was amazing. Unit was great, had everything we needed. Mana Kai Maui has great location. Resort has general store, water equipment rentals, an activities desk to help book tours. The pool is great. The beach access is just steps out your back door. Watched whales everywhere from lanai, beautiful sunsets, views of Haleakala and Molokoni crater.. cam walk to Kihei boat ramp for excursions and watch turtles sleeping in the sand. This was my 12th trip to Maui and 1st tine at Mana Kai, but already planning to come back next year to this resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10/10 in all areas. My family of six (kids ages 18-25) fit in this space. But we also don’t mind being cozy, and we knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in the unit. When the sofa bed is out, it is tight. But that’s ok because you will be at the beautiful beach which is right outside your doorstep. Location is perfect. View is amazing. If you don’t choose this unit, at least choose this management company. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend!

We love the Mana Kai

We’ve stayed at this complex many times . Its an a wonderful sandy beach with easy swim access (some beaches have lava outcrops making acess tough). Love the location and all the amenities. Its a beautifully maintained complex. Although this is a unit with terrific beds (yes!!) it was located on the end of the landside end of the building and almost overtop the watersport rental station., which was noisy each early am. Not a problem if you sleep with the glass doors closed , but a problem if you sleep with the glass slider open to hear waves & enjoy the breezes. We will definitely be back ….just important to rent a unit closer to the ocean side.

Access to the beach was excellent. We were able to easily rent equipment (SUP, kayak) from the on site facility. Grills were well maintained by the staff (loved that they would get them going for use at the desired time). Very well stocked kitchen for cooking. We enjoyed making meals, eating on the lanai and watching the ocean. Enjoyable property and would definitely stay there again.

We are delighted the beach access made it so easy to enjoy the SUP and kayak rentals, and glad the grills being ready to go right when you needed them stood out too. It is also lovely to know the well stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and that meals on the lanai with the ocean view became such a highlight, thank you as well for sharing the great pictures, they really capture the beauty of this property. Overall this unit and company that manages it - is fantastic. My only comments would be better communication about use (or not) of internal doors when reserving both A and B units. In addition, it would be an added perk (maybe offered for added cost) to have regular housekeeping available, if desired. Very minor thing - but the fridge water filter needs replacing and the Brita water carafe in fridge appears to be quite old and in need of replacing. The entertainment offering is ok but it would be an added perk to have smart TVs (that are newer models) that enable people to login into their streaming accounts such as Apple TV, Prime, Netflix, etc. We were not able to connect with the Netflix network although the TVs indicated that it is an option, as the network connection was never able to be made. The basic cable package was nice though for the diversity of channels- though the TVs in this unit are dated and a bit clunky to work with (especially for those older folks who are not tech savvy). But all in all, I would stay here again especially when all the construction is completed on the downstairs cafe in the building. The view is gorgeous, the unit was cleaned well, and came well equipped with beach gear.

Great Location, Well Appointed Unit

We loved our stay. What a fabulous view. The unit was very clean on our arrival and well equipped for cooking and beach visits. The apartment was comfortable for four adults. You can walk out of the building onto the beach. A lovely reef lies immediately offshore . We snorkeled several times a day and always found a wide array of beautiful fish and sea turtles that ranged in size from small juveniles to enormous adults. The host agency was timely and informative in communications. All-in-all we had a great stay and talk about a return visit in the near future.

We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It was a beautifully furnished condo and had all of the amenities we needed. Great location as it's right on the beach. We stayed here for a family reunion and we all had a great time!
