• Maximum occupancy: 7 overnight guests

• Dogs: One well-behaved dog welcome ($125 fee; bowls & towels provided)

• Dock availability: Seasonal (typically mid-May through October)

• Air conditioning: Summer months (June–September)

• Snow removal: Activated after 2” of accumulation (allow up to 12 hours during storms)

• Parking: Three private spaces + street parking (alternate-side rules apply)
