We had a great weekend. Amazing location with a marina and restaurant right next door. The view of the water was simply amazing. You’re about 1 mile from that main strip in Bolton Landing. We will be back to this property

The view and the decor of the lower suite was beautiful. The downside was the septic truck that came to pump out the restaurant next door every morning at 7:45 am. Also, the refrigerator is literally next to the bed and you have to listen to the refrigerator noise all night. The fact that you cannot check in before 4pm when it doesn’t take that long to clean since you do 1/2 of the cleaning before the 10:00 am check out. ( stripping the beds, cleaning up the kitchen, taking out the garbage ). I didn’t receive instructions on how to get in until 4:06 PM.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and décor of the suite. We’re sorry the septic service next door disrupted your mornings. Unfortunately, we do not have control over when neighboring businesses schedule their septic pumping or other services. Regarding check-in, our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, as our housekeeping team needs the full turnover window to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare each property for the next guest. While we always try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is to arrange and pay for one in advance, when available.
