Waterfront Lookout

Waterfront Lookout is the perfect spot for a small family or couple to get away and relax with amazing views of Lake George. Just a few feet from shore, this private home is a studio equipped with a kitchen and full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This studio is also equipped with a king bed take in the views while watching tv or sitting by the fireplace. The studio also features a pullout sofa bed. Enjoy your own private BBQ for all of your outside cooking needs. Step outside and relax in the sun on the sundeck. Roast marshmallows and make memories around the fire pit.

The Algonquin Restaurant is right next door. You can also visit many of the other excellent restaurants or pub-style eateries that the area has to offer. Stroll along the streets to enjoy lakeside views while checking out the charming village shops! If you like adventure, this lakefront studio is minutes away from numerous hiking trails as well as horseback riding, biking, whitewater rafting, and parasailing. If you love golf, there are plenty of scenic golf courses in and around Lake George for you to choose from. There are also Jet Skis and a ski school/ full-service marina all within walking distance.

***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Approval needed for more than one dog and a dog over 40lbs.

Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile away from shops, restaurants, and events.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

Location is second to none! Absolutely gorgeous views and very updated rustic feel. Only complaint was we had to go out to purchase toilet paper because there was only one roll and landscaping company showed up at 8:00am one morning.

The property was a great getaway for two people. We loved the location . Getting up and down the hill to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge. Would not recommend for older people. Loved being able to watch all the activity at the docks right in front of us. We were a little disappointed that we couldnt keep our rental boat at the dock in front of us but it wasnt bad having to walk over to Chics to get our boat each day. The unit does not have a stove so all of your cooking needs to be on the grill or a small hot plate that is provided. Our golden doodle loved sitting on the deck watching all the boats come in to the docksOverall we loved our stay.

Perfect setting for a combo work/adventure trip

We stayed at the waterfront bungalow and it was wonderful. The place was clean and had the basics for our trip. Waking up every day to the water made the work part of this bearable and the location was fantastic.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay-- the property is right on the water with amazing views. Its an easy drive into town. The accommodations are lovely, bright and open and the bed was really comfy.. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here and we cant wait to be back.

Waterfront Lookout is absolutely beautiful!

Waterfront Lookout is steps away from the water. The location is perfect! The restaurant next-door had live music both days that we stayed which was great! The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean just like all of the other properties that we have stayed at run by Northern Living!

Great property in a great location. Beautiful views of the lake, comfortable and great rental for two people. Many options with the outdoor space all providing great views of the lake. Property manager was very responsive!
