Waterfront Lookout

Waterfront Lookout is the perfect spot for a small family or couple to get away and relax with amazing views of Lake George. Just a few feet from shore, this private home is a studio equipped with a kitchen and full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This studio is also equipped with a king bed take in the views while watching tv or sitting by the fireplace. The studio also features a pullout sofa bed. Enjoy your own private BBQ for all of your outside cooking needs. Step outside and relax in the sun on the sundeck. Roast marshmallows and make memories around the fire pit.

The Algonquin Restaurant is right next door. You can also visit many of the other excellent restaurants or pub-style eateries that the area has to offer. Stroll along the streets to enjoy lakeside views while checking out the charming village shops! If you like adventure, this lakefront studio is minutes away from numerous hiking trails as well as horseback riding, biking, whitewater rafting, and parasailing. If you love golf, there are plenty of scenic golf courses in and around Lake George for you to choose from. There are also Jet Skis and a ski school/ full-service marina all within walking distance.

***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Approval needed for more than one dog and a dog over 40lbs.

Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile away from shops, restaurants, and events.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the property and may record for security purposes.

Amazing location with beautiful views. Rooftop deck is a total game changer. Love sitting out there with my morning coffee! Great pet friendly location as well. Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful spot, which turned into a place for me and my girlfriend to celebrate our engagement. We loved waking up each morning with a view of the lake. The rooftop deck was also enjoyable. We’ll definitely seek this place out whenever vacationing in the Lake George area again.

Beautiful Getaway

We had such a nice stay at this large studio lake front property. We stayed as a mini baby moon with our dog. The furniture and decor were all perfect. Be sure to take the time to report any noticable damages when you arrive and within the first 24 hours. We arrived on a rainy day in the evening and didnt notice the damaged bear end tables until the following day, which we reported and was fine. It rained every day we were there but with the beautiful view of the lake from the couch we hardly minded. The location is great, from the back, lakeside door you can walk right through the connected gate to the Algonquian restaurant which was so much more convenient than trecking up the long paved, sleep walkway and steps to the road entrance. I may not have noticed on the listing, but be mindful of that when renting. I am 8 months pregnant and the steep walkway to and from the parking spot was a little worrisome to me. Also, if you are with a pet, while it says there's a pet relief area- that area is all trenched out for construction going on at the property next door. So walking your dog elsewhere is necessary. The rooftop space is absolutely beautiful and we wish we had more sun to enjoy it more. The property is so close (2 min drive) to the little town of bolton landing with grear shops and restaurants. We actually enjoyed this town more than the main lake george town (15 min away). Overall we really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect setting for a combo work/adventure trip

We stayed at the waterfront bungalow and it was wonderful. The place was clean and had the basics for our trip. Waking up every day to the water made the work part of this bearable and the location was fantastic.

Great Place!

This property was awesome! Perfect location! We walked around Bolton Landing and rented a wave runner right next door. The restaurant next door was very busy, so we tried it. The food is not good but of course, it’s all about the location. This property was very clean and had everything you need. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. We would definitely stay here again!

Waterfront Lookout is absolutely beautiful!

Waterfront Lookout is steps away from the water. The location is perfect! The restaurant next-door had live music both days that we stayed which was great! The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean just like all of the other properties that we have stayed at run by Northern Living!

Solo getaway

Loved the property! Management was very easy to contact. The only thing I would like that wasn’t available is to be able to have direct access to swim in the lake without having to drive to a beach. But that was in the listing so not a surprise. Had a great time!

On the Lake Bolton

It was as beautiful as the pictures. The only downside was not being able to swim in the lake we were directly on, and i suggest having some K cups for guests since there's a Keurig there. No stove was ok, as we used the grill once. The places to eat nearby were wonderful! The views were spectacular. We had a wonderful time. The deck above our house was huge! The place was really clean and new. Im happy to give it a great review

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay-- the property is right on the water with amazing views. Its an easy drive into town. The accommodations are lovely, bright and open and the bed was really comfy.. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here and we cant wait to be back.

What a gem!

We made Lake George our home base for a solar eclipse adventure. Everything was beautiful, and we had a lovely stay. I wish we could have spent more time on the lake and less time in the car chasing a clear view of the sun/moon. I'm glad we stayed before all the boats were in place—I bet it gets hectic when all the rabble comes out to play ;). It was like we had the entire lake to ourselves. Sunrise and lake/mountain views are not to be duplicated. Lovely—highly recommend. Way to go, Chic.

Wonderful getaway

My husband and I (along with our two small dogs) stayed for a few days for a relaxing lake getaway. It was exactly what we needed! The cottage was cute and clean. It was right on the lakefront with easy access to the marina and restaurant next door. The fire pit was perfect for unwinding in the evening (making s’mores was a huge plus). ;) We enjoyed the rooftop deck for dinner and the front patio near the docks for sunrise. It was close to adorable Bolton Landing too! Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!!

Exceptional!

My Wife and I could not have been happier with the accommodations. Even better than advertised. Communication, Location (2 steps from the water) cleanliness were all second to none. Bolton Landing is such a quaint area with great restaurants and shops. We are already looking at dates for next year.
