Our beautiful studio offers a quiet and yet, close-to-everything stay. You will find plenty of dining and entertainment options, organic grocery stores, cafes, Yoga Studios steps away as. Access to the beach is at walking distancia (about 10 minutes away)

Premium amenities such as 5G WiFi, Nespresso, Apple TV, flat screen and a fully equipped Roof Top with Pool make our space ideal to work remotely, long stays or holidays.

Great location

Small but comfortable studio in a secure building. A few quirks that we dealt with, such as the stove top not working and no hot water for showering or washing dishes. The host didn't provide a specific address, unit number or check-in instructions until after we were dropped off by taxi. Thankfully, someone who spoke English saw us standing on the curb and recognized from the pictures on VRBO that she lived in the building. She got us inside to her unit and helped broker a connection with the host who finally sent me the unit # and code to get into our unit. When I contacted VRBO for assistance I was told that they had trouble communicating with the host due to language barriers. To my mind, companies that do business in other countries should have employees who can speak the language. When I reserved the unit it was recommended that I purchase insurance to cover the cost of any damage to artwork. I did not see any artwork in that unit. I would caution anyone wishing to rent this unit to think twice before purchasing insurance for artwork. There was mold on the floor of the shower, and a child's toy and used popsicle stick on the sofa when we arrived.

Classy place and classy people

So nice to deal with a property manager who is consciencious and dignified. I did some very creative work while I was there cuz the vibe was so good for me. BBQ on the rooftop terrace at night is a very lovely experience. Unfortunately I did not want to book long term until I actually was in the place, and missed out on being able to extend my stay. Never met or spoke to the owner but that seems to be the norm here.
