Beautifully and professionally decorated entire 750 sqft apartment on the top floor of a two story building. Just steps to your dedicated parking spot in front of the staircase.

Living room is a spacious area with comfortable sofa which converts to a queen bed with memory foam mattress, plus a modern work space. A 55" Roku Smart TV is mounted on the accent wall. YouTube TV and Netflix are provided complimentary by your host! There is also a portable A/C is in the living area for the warmer months.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plus all the basics for preparing meals, as well as an Instant Pot, Keurig K-Select Coffee Maker, coffee pods & tea.

For families with small children, our unit is equipped with a stroller, a highchair and a pack n' play (We are parents of 3, so we've always appreciated hosts having these items!)

Guests have a private terrace facing the quiet courtyard. There is a community pool as well as playground and a gym that you have access to during your stay.
Shared washer and dryer located in the building.

SMELLS LIKE A LITTERBOX

We stayed here from July 29-Aug 3. I’ll start with the Pros: dedicated parking spot and nicely stocked kitchen. That’s where the positives end. The pics make it looks new and fresh
it’s not! The new paint and new cabinet doors/drawer fronts in the kitchen (on old cabinets) are not nearly enough to salvage this place. The entire complex is old, worn, and gross. The neighborhood is not much better. The apartment smells; it’s hard to place but old food or oil maybe. The entire stay we dealt with flies and gnats. The AC unit is vented out of the dining room window. It does a nice job cooling the LR and kitchen. It DOES NOT cool the bedroom. We asked the landlord for a fan, twice, and we’re told he would order one and have it delivered. That never happened. The blinds over the patio doors don’t work and several slats are missing causing a 4-5 inch gap/opening which negates the privacy feature of the blinds. We used the sofa cushions to block the space at night since the kids were sleeping on the pull out bed. I addressed this with the landlord and was told maintenance was ordering new blinds and in the meanwhile he would use a curtain rod and curtain. We did not get the curtain. It should be noted that the pool is an INDOOR pool. Who wants an indoor pool in August??? Given the state of the apartment and complex, I wouldn’t dip a toe in that pool. Now, here’s the cherry on top
the bathroom was DISGUSTING. The caulking on the tub was old, dirty, and cracked. The entire bathroom smelled like a giant LITTER BOX. The overwhelming smell of cat urine was vile! It smelled even after I cleaned the bathroom with Clorox. I addressed this with the landlord with no resolution. STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Beaverton apartment airB&B

The place was exactly as it looked in photos. Place was clean. We had a issues getting into the Apartment at first try but after emailing/texting prop manager, the code was reset and we were able to get in. We also had the wrong parking space number and thought someone was in our spot but there was plenty of guest parking and that was an easy fix. Prop manager was easy to reach and the minor issues were corrected in a timely manner. I would recommend this place!
