Grand Studio de beau-loi

Ceci est un studio lumineux et spacieux dans la loi avec une cuisine et il dort jusqu'à quatre; 2 dans le lit queen et il y a 2 lits pliants supplémentaires (le type confortable). Vous aurez une entrée privée, et une grande terrasse. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, insert de cheminée, TV et DVD, et une baignoire 3/4 avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. La maison est dans un beau quartier SW Portland qui est proche du centre-ville et de nombreuses attractions de la région. Il y a beaucoup de parking gratuit et sécurisé dans la rue qui permet un accès facile à l'appartement. 2 chats et un chien vivent dans la maison principale et ont l'utilisation de la cour (le chien n'est jamais dans la cour quand je ne suis pas à la maison) .... tous sont amicaux.

Perfect get away

Beautiful place to stay if you are looking for serene, quiet, and great access to the city. There is a bit of an outdoor path downhill to get to the entrance. Street parking was safe. Julie makes it very simple and the living space was perfect for our stay!

Great place

We loved staying here. This is a great location close to much of what Portland has to offer. The neighborhood was wonderful with so many awesome mid century homes. Julie’s place was super comfy and peaceful. I lived having my coffee on the deck in the morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and comfortable

We had a pleasant stay and everything was clean and comfortable. The owner took good care of us. The pathway to the front door was well lit at night and the patio was delightful to use.

Perfect for the two of us!

Thank you, Julie for the wonderful mini muffins, the well-stocked fridge, staples cabinet, and bathroom supplies. The bed was heavenly! Living room furniture very comfy, and the deck was amazing! Gorgeous flowers!! Close to our son’s house in Hayhurst, so will definitely come again!

Very comfortable and attractive place to stay

We very much enjoyed our stay—the place is a very well maintained and comfortable. It’s also quiet and private—even though it’s the lower part of a house, it felt separate. We had two small dogs with us and the little patio deck and backyard was ideal. Lastly, its location worked well with fairly easy access to freeways. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful spot in Beaverton

We have stayed here a few times. Perfect location. Julie is very helpful. She kindly left muffins with coffee with cream. Nice! The steps are well lit upon entrance, but tricky. May be challenging for some guests. I would definitely stay again.

Raleigh Hills Hideaway

This is a cozy pet friendly studio setup with a great outdoor view from the windows and lower deck. A word of caution - the path in and out is not suitable for people with mobility issues. If you are looking for something in town, but quiet and relatively private off the beaten path, this is a good choice.

Great Host

Julie is a fantastic host with a great property. We felt like it was our house without anyone watching us. She was always there if we did need her or if we had a question about anything. We will stay there again if we have the chance. We now consider Julie our friend.

Julie was an amazing host. Her home was so welcoming and so peaceful. It was in such a safe and quiet area. Her home was inviting and so clean, I felt like I was staying with family. Julie was accommodating and was always a text away if we needed anything! I will absolutely stay here again next time I visit Portland

Tucked away in the West Hills

Cozy and roomy, tucked in big trees of the west hills! Julie and Ivan were magical hosts, they were very accommodating with last minute changes. Had all the at home amenities. Gem in the hill

This unit was attractive, comfortable and very thoughtfully equipped. It felt like home. Julie, our hostess, did a great job showing us the various features. There are a lot of steps going down the hillside to the unit, but my husband and I (in our 80’s) managed quite well, as they’re safe and well lighted.

Julie was an incredible host!

My family and I (two young-ish kids) were comfortable and tended to extremely well by Julie. She made sure we had everything we needed and even took time out of her day to let our kids meet her pets. Then after we’d left she messaged us after she found a bag of dirty clothes we’d accidentally left behind and offered to mail them to us. That’s above-and-beyond service! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable, Good Location

Large, comfortable studio apartment with kitchen, W/D. Somewhat difficult access, especially in the dark or rain. Bring a flashlight or phone. Kitchen could use a few more utensils if you are cooking in; otherwise warm, safe and comfortable - and pet-friendly, which we appreciated.

If they had let me know I could have turned on more lights so access would have been easier! Also as I live upstairs anything you need is just within a text away. So sorry they did not ask as I can provide any extra utensils you may need.

Quiet nice studio in neighborhood.

Very quiet, very nice, large studio in a private neighborhood. Slightly difficult around the garage and down the stairs access. Street parking only. Occasionally, owners large dog would curiously peer into our room at our smaller dog. Did not care for this. Overall worked well for us.

I wish they had told me that my dog's appearance at the window bothered them. I told them if they closed the curtain he would go away. He never barks or jumps on the window. And it says in the ad that I own a dog that will share the yard if thye bring their dog. Plus, my dog is rarely outside and never for long. he prefers being inside.

Very responsive host

Julie was very responsive to every need. She greeted us upon our arrival and gave us the rundown. She was wonderful. The listing didn't mention the precarious nature of the walkway to the lower level where the entrance was to the suite. Luckily there were no mishaps. My husband mentioned that the place needed a deep cleaning.

I really don;t understand why he said it needs a deep cleaning. I have it professionally cleaned bewteen each guest and no one ever has said this about it before. I am sorry he thought it wasnlt clean enough. Would love to know why so Ican fix it Thanks!

Beautiful deck!!!!!

Loved being outside on the deck. Unfortunately, my home in AZ sold before I expected and I was only able to stay less than half the time I Paid for. I also broke my foot which made the outset steps extremely challenging (28 of them)This was an unexpected circumstance and VRBO did not give me any return….. so BEWARE that they Will Not work with you.

I live in the main house with my cat, a very obedient siberian husky dog and an African Gray parrot. I occasionally have visitors but we are never loud or intrusive. I make my living in the footwear and apparel business and I do shows periodically with my handmade purses and accessories made with 35mm movie films. I grew up in Palo Alto, CA., and I went to undergraduate school in San Diego (UCSD) and graduate school at Oregon State University in Corvallis. I have two grown children. My son is a professional musician and my daughter is an electrician and a videographer.

This property is close to downtown (a 10 minute drive) and many other attractions of the area. It has a large deck with a beautiful territorial view.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Territorial view, quiet beautiful neighborhood, free safe street parking, close to many activities. You will have a private entry and we may never even see each other. My dog may pay a visit, but he will not have access to your living space unless you want him to come in to pay a visit. He will most likely look in the sliding glass door window but he will never jump up on it.
