Beautiful Condo

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful, well appointed condo. It had everything we needed to feel at home. It is very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool and area has everything you need to spend the afternoon relaxing and the most amazing view of the bay. Philip was easy to get a hold of for any inquiries we had. We hope to visit this beautiful condo again soon.

Pleasantly Surprised!!

This condo unit is very well appointed, outfitted with all the amenities you need, and comfortable. Close to the beach and several great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and our stay in Bucerias. We will definitely look into staying in this condo again in the future!! The only downside was all of the condo construction on either side of this condo complex, but that's progress.

One week back in Bucerias

First I want to thank Philip for making his property available for rent. It was exactly as pictured and detailed on VRBO. Pro's: Extremely clean and well cared for Very well equiped condo Great quality furnishings and very tastefully decorated Matresses, pillows, sheets, towels all top notch Great floor plan for 2 couples sharing one condo Roof top pool area was fantastic and we spent much of our time there. Con's: Bucerias has been experiencing a crazy construction boom for the last few years and will continue to for a few more, it is simply unavoidable. Currently directly to the north side of this complex is a big new tower going up, I would estimate it to be at floor 5 or floor 6 right now and they are working at least 6 days a week. To the south side just across the street they are putting in the piles for a another new complex to be built, I would estimate that the piling work will be complete in the next couple of weeks and honestly I did not find it very bothersome. The condo is amazing, Philip has done everything he can do to ensure a wonderful stay. Construction noise is out of his control and we really were not bothered by it as we knew the current situation in Bucerias before we booked. Thanks again and hopefully we have an opportunity sometime in 2024 to stay there again.

Juste parfait

Cette location est un vrai charme: facilité d’accès et de communication avec notre hôte, la proximité de la plage, le condo spacieux et lumineux… et la piscine. Ce fut un séjour agréable chez Philipp et Linda.

Beautiful condo. Convenient location.

Very secure condo, supplied with all the basics you need. Well appointed with interesting art objects and wall hangings. Rooftop pool is great with an amazing view. Things out of control of the owner include a cantina with loud music about a block away on the main highway and the construction of a new condo development on the opposite side of the complex. Given the location of the unit halfway up a hilly street, the noise level was tolerable and I am a very, very light sleeper. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arose. Thanks again.

Great place

Felt just like home. The condo is equipped with everything you need. Friendly neighbours. You can walk to mostly everything you want to do. Love the atmosphere in Bucerias!

Perfect condo

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful elegant condo in March 2021. The location was perfect... close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and infinity pool! The panoramic view was breathtaking!
