The listing is described as a private suite within the property, and while it is designed to be compact and cozy, I understand it may have felt smaller than you anticipated. Regarding the kitchen, we did state we have a kitchenette not a kitchen. I will carefully review the description to ensure it is fully accurate and transparent so future guests have the right expectations about the amenities provided. In regard to the refund, we spoke about your issues and you said you wanted to rest and speak in the morning, we agreed however you left without telling us and never requested a refund. I also appreciate your notes on the layout and furnishings. I’m always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and your perspective helps me better understand how the space is received.
