Pet Friendly House three minute walk to Beach!

Welcome to our newly renovated beach bungalow for your vacation. You'll have easy parking right at the door, no hassle with elevators, and we even have multiple parking spaces available. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit can accommodate up to eight guests with two king beds, twin bunks, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy the smart TVs in each room and a 55-inch TV in the living room. Conveniently located just a three-minute walk to the beach and less than three miles from Pier Park. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. You can also relax in the backyard with the electric grill and bring your furry friends along as we have a large fenced yard. We provide beach essentials like a cart, chairs, umbrella, and even hair dryers. Join us for a fantastic beach vacation and unforgettable moments in the beautiful emerald-green water and stunning sunsets.

Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Wonderful beach house

The house was just like it was listed. The communication with the hosts was very fast. We had a little incident to where we needed something fixed and they were there to fix it within the hour. Cleanliness was amazing and they have beach chairs that you can use. We had our dogs there as well and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Accommodations were very good the house was clean - location was good. Although we knew of the very limited supplies that might be there - we were a bit surprised to find only 4 hangers, no drawer space & limited shelving for our clothes. Loved the coziness of the place and beds were great & a really good eating area.

Great location!

In my opinion, the location was just perfect. Its literally right near everything. Our favorite thing was walking a few blocks over to Nicks pizza, which is great bc we're from NY and Nick used to make pizza in Brooklyn. This place isnt just NY pizza, its GOOD NY pizza. But the house is great and the property managers always responded very quickly. We'll definitely return to this place again-

Cute little house in a great location!

We had such a great time at this little house! The back yard is a fun hang out spot. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. We cooked several nights of our stay and didn’t feel cramped at all. It’s close enough to the beach to walk and not feel like you can’t go back for forgotten things or extras. Stocked with all the essentials, including beach chairs and wagon.

Perfect and then perfect.

The location, amenities inside the house and a very good air conditioning are just a few of the positive things to mention. All in all a very well set up rental for a family. They even have a beach cart and chairs to take to the beach.

This cute little house was perfect for my Mothers Day weekend Gulf Coast 70.3! Perfect location on the run route and only 2 blocks to the beach. It’s close to all the sites without being in the congestion of Front Beach Road. Perfect!

Had a great time!!!

Everything was as advertised and we had a great time, short walk to public beach access to catch the rays and sunsets. Walking distance to gas stations and local places to eat and drink, nice neighborhood. Cool backyard and privacy. We recommend that you plan a trip here as well, smart TV, no cable but wifi was great. Thanks for a great time.
