Sea Pearl - South Bethany Bliss!

Gorgeous canal front home close to the beautiful life-guarded beach in South Bethany. This coastal home has been completely remodeled inside and out with the finest finishes and features including a stunning gourmet kitchen, separate bar with wine fridge and gas fireplace with stone and shiplap. The main living area overlooks the waterfront through window lined walls and with access to an exquisite hardscaped patio, this is the perfect layout for gathering with friends and family or just relaxing while listening to the water lapping against the dock. Walk to the beach with direct access six houses away or spend the day on the bay with the convenience of a private boat dock at your back door. Short walk to restaurants, stores and the beautiful beach. Located on a quiet residential street with no thru traffic, this is the perfect vacation getaway!

Inviting front porch with bistro chairs and table; large outdoor shower with hot and cold water. On your lower level you will have a powder room and bathroom with tub; laundry room; three bedrooms including a lower level king bedded master; single with trundle and finally a bunk bedded room. Also on the same level an open concept kitchen & living area with high end appliances, large island with counter stools, massive dining table, ice machine, bar area with wine/beer fridge, comfortable seating area with large sectional and “smart” TV that leads to the steps to the backyard lounge area outfitted with a Weber Genesis Gas grill, dining table/chairs, large sectional and dock.

Upper level includes two bedrooms with cathedral ceilings; King bedded room with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom and a queen bedded room with a cozy sectional sofa.

Off-street parking for up to four cars. Storage for beach gear under your beach home.

Flat screen TV’s in every bedroom.

Nearly every kitchen appliance you could think off.

Linens and towels not provided. Several local companies cater to guest that prefer to rent than pack linens.

Use of beach cart, chairs, umbrella, cornhole etc.

Perfect spot for a week-long getaway

The home was perfect for our family. On the canal and a two minute walk to the beach gave us the best of both worlds. The house was fully stocked and provided us with everything we needed. The property manager was also very responsive the whole time.

House is absolutely beautiful with 4 generous size rooms. The kitchen is amazing. The decor is so perfect from the moment you step foot into this home. The owners are reachable and respond promptly. The only thing is that you must bring lots of linens to accommodate your stay. Other than that, I highly recommend this property!

Great spot in South Bethany

The house is super charming and right on the canal. We took our SUPs and kayaks out daily on the canal. A quick walk to the beach. Communication with Jennifer was easy. We had a rainy week but still enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was so sweet. She pushed back our check out time so we could enjoy a morning of beach in Sunday morning without rain.

Relaxing Vacation Home

Just returned home from a week stay Labor Day weekend. 4 of us stayed in this home and were quite comfortable. The house is very nicely decorated and up to date with the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully stocked and is bright and welcoming. The patio area near the canal was great for sitting out and eating crabs at sunset from the nearby market and finishing up our books after coming back from the beach. The house is very close to the beach while still having privacy and quiet. The walk is only a few minutes and very easy. The 2 wagons provided were very helpful carrying the chairs and umbrella to the beach each day. The location is very convenient with short drives to Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany and Ocean City. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & Tasteful Home

The Sea Pearl is very tastefully decorated, very well laid out and a fully stocked home! Closer to the beach than it looks. The minute you walk in you feel the excellent quality of everything from the kitchen lighting, appliances, grill, doors, fans, TV’s, tile in bathrooms, beautiful floors, washer/dryer and furnishings. The rooms are a good size to spread your things out. It is a well built house and you can’t hear the person next to you. The beds/mattresses are comfy with an assortment of pillows. We had one adult stay in the bunk bed room and felt the bed could be tightened up. The boat room is bigger than it looks. You will need an extra blanket if you get chilly in the night. Remember to bring hand towels for the bathrooms or bath mats if you like that feel. We were there during a very warm spell, a pergola or shade device would make a more than perfect beach home. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home & perfect location!

This property was gorgeous! The home was so clean & perfectly decorated for a homey/coastal vibe. It has every appliance you could imagine... not to mention its stocked with Yeti cups, beach chairs, beach wagons, and toys for kids. It's just far enough away from all the commotion but close enough to get to within minutes. Short walk to the very clean beach that wasn't over crowded. Owners were good at communicating & helped us throughout the stay. 10/10 would recommend a stay at the Sea Pearl!

Excellent location and beautiful extremely well-equipped house

Excellent location 1.5 blocks from beach House had everything you’ll ever need - kitchen equipment ( ice machine!), implements, glasses, plates, etc. Lots of beach chairs , toys, beach wagons for transport. Nice backyard with patio on a boating canal with access to back-Baylor kayakers. We loved it. Bethany is a classy place compared to some surrounding beach communities.

Loved the Sea Pearl!

We absolutely loved our time at the Sea Pearl! Between the close proximity to the beach and all the amenities of the house, it was a hit with our group. We spent our days at the beach and relaxed on the back patio in the evenings. The house was great for staying in and cooking with our families. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil to make a great meal and the communal dining table was great for not just meals but our evenings of playing card games. This was our first time in Bethany Beach and we will definitely be back! The beaches, ocean and bays are amazing.
