New on the rental market! Bring the whole family to this spacious 6 bedroom coastal retreat that sleeps 14 - perfectly situated on the canal and just 10 houses from South Bethany’s wide, life-guarded beach.

The bright, open main floor features comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with center island, and two sets of sliding doors leading to a screened porch and sunny deck overlooking the water.

Upstairs, the oversized primary suite includes a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet and a desk, with a secondary bedroom with private deck, plus two additional guest rooms and a full bath nearby. Two more bedrooms and another full bath on the main level offer flexibility for guests of all ages.

The newly finished lower level adds even more living space - perfect for movie nights, dining, and game time - and two sets of sliding glass doors open directly to the deck and canal. Step outside to enjoy the newly finished deck with a private dock, ideal for boating, kayaking, or paddle-boarding. In the evening, you can barbecue, dine alfresco, or gather around the fire-pit to watch the sunset over the water. An outdoor shower, oversized two-car garage and extra parking spaces make beach days effortless.

With room for everyone and unbeatable access to both water and sand, this home is your perfect South Bethany getaway.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful beach house!The home itself is beautiful - spacious, with new amenities and a perfect location. As a bonus, the owners are amazing and fantastic to communicate and work with!Some of our favorite things about this property were:1. Location - just a couple of minutes from the beach.2. Thoughtful inclusions - the owners shared two parking passes allowing us to park right by the beach as needed! They also had a large number of new beach chairs for guest use and a wonder wheel. Everything we needed for a beach day was there!3. Updated, beautiful home - a 85” TV on the bottom floor with a great bar area and access to a beautiful canal-side deck. A 70” TV on the main level with a big couch that could comfortably fit most of our group. Great WiFi that worked perfectly and was easy to connect to. Tons of parking space. New furniture everywhere. Just a great home!4. Amazing owners. The owners communicated quickly with us when we ran into an issue (we didn’t realize linens weren’t provided) and went out of their away to accommodate and help us. They were so kind and wonderful. They are fantastic!We hope to come back again next summer and make even more great memories at this house. I feel very lucky that we got to enjoy it!

Welcome to our South Bethany home! For over three decades, our family has cherished spending time together in this wonderful town. My husband and his four siblings began coming here in 1982, and what started as small gatherings quickly blossomed into “Cousins Week”, a treasured tradition where more than 40 of us spend a joyful week together at the beach each year.

Living on the West Coast, these reunions have meant the world to our family, helping our children build close bonds with their cousins. Now, we’re proud to be the third sibling from the original five to own a house in South Bethany, with everyone living within five minutes of one another. We purchased this home to continue the “Cousins Week” legacy for our grown children and, one day, for our grandchildren.

We hope you find as much happiness in this vibrant town and its beautiful beaches as we have. Enjoy your stay!

Our canal-front location is a dream for boaters and water sports lovers, and you’re just a short stroll away from some of the finest beaches on the coast. For over thirty years, Bethany Beach has brought us joy and connection and we hope you create your own special memories here, enjoying everything this unique location has to offer!

Inside, two generous living areas give families the flexibility to gather together or relax separately—ideal for multi-generational stays or groups with kids and adults. The thoughtful bedroom layout includes king suites on both the main and upper levels, three additional bedrooms with queen beds and a fantastic four-bunk room designed just for kids - perfect for two families to share comfortably.

Step out to your private dock to launch a kayak, enjoy the water, or dine alfresco by the canal. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and create memories under the stars.
