Spacious studio apartment, on a quiet walkstreet in North Hermosa, with a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Renters have access to a beautiful firepit lounging area in the frontyard surrounded by a succulent wall, and other plant varieties.

Neighborhood market, with a butcher shop, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Hermosa Beach Pier and Manhattan Beach Pier stores and restaurants are each only one mile away in either direction.

Hermosa Beach requires 30 day min. Message me if you have questions


SUPs, kayak, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and other beach necessities are available for use.

Guests can access the frontyard firepit lounge area

Great North Hermosa Hill Neighborhood Gem

A funky basement apartment in a great neighborhood. This place has everything you need. Close to the beach between piers. A nice park nearby.Darci and Tom were very helpful and friendly people. Place was very clean.

Great Short stay

We had a great short stay at this property. It's located between Manhattan Beach Pier and Hermosa Beach Pier, just a quick walk to the beach. It worked out great. We intended to use the bikes available, but found them in need of repair so we rented bikes instead. There are plenty of places to do so nearby and biking along the beach is super fun.

Great location, spacious

Communication was very helpful! Husband and I came during Memorial weekend for the Fiesta Hermosa which we visit every year. About a mile to walk to the pier. Parking pass available as well. Very spacious, nice neighborhood. Beach towels came in handy. We did not utilize the bikes. Few other restaurants very close walking distance. Great place to stay and clean.

Positive Stay

This is a very comfortable basement studio apartment. Perfect size for my husband and I plus our dog. We felt right at home and enjoyed the maritime decorations. Although we did not do any serious cooking the kitchen is well equipped. The outside sitting area around a fire pit was great to enjoy the sun. The walk to the beach was easy for me but my husband had difficulty with the steep incline. He should have used one of the bikes provided by our host. The parking arrangements can be a little concerning at first because you can not park next to the building. However, we always found a spot just around the corner. Darci is an amazing and oh so helpful host. We appreciated the extra goodwill offers she provided for us.

Peaceful and close to the Beach

The studio was perfect for my daughter and me. Close to the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and groceries. We also had access to 2 bicycles that got us to and from Hermosa Pier. Owner was attentive and on-site to make our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we even had a smores "starter kit" when we arrived. Will definitely come back again!

Great weekend for Superbowl stay!

We loved running on the boardwalk and jumping in the ocean in February -- yes they had a really warm spell! Hosts were very nice and we could walk to many restaurants and a grocery store. Parking was not an issue either as it was available on the next street over. Love Hermosa Beach!

Amazing experience!!

Darci was the absolute best host I've had so far. My friend and I flew separate flights into LAX for the BTS concert. We stayed here by the beach. My friends flight came in late and Darci was the kindest, she offered to pick my friend up from the airport because the Uber was so expensive at the time. She gave us awesome suggestions on local places to eat and let us use the bikes to ride around town. The room was clean and comfortable. Darci was very communicative the entire time. I'm grateful to have found her. Thanks so much! 😁

Clean and close to the beach

There’s really nothing to say. It was exactly as advertised, the hosts were friendly, the neighborhood is beautiful, the beach is right there and everything you may need is just a couple blocks away. I highly recommend it for a summer get away.

I'm a retired flight attendant so I'm used to and enjoy taking care of people and making them feel comfortable. My husband and I love traveling and we have two adult children that we love to spend time with.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose Hermosa Beach because my husband's family is from here. It's a beautiful beach town with great food white powder soft sand and friendly people. It was a great place to raise our kids with awesome schools and parks .

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is unique in that it's very quiet being on a street where you can only walk on. It's very close to the beach which you can see from the front of the property, a beautiful fire pit and succulent wall to lounge around and a bright blue exterior with stones. Inside the property has everything you could possibly need, a full kitchen, very comfortable queen size bed, comfortable down sofa and air conditioning. It’s also well decorated inside and out.
