Situated in prime west LA, this modern, 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone looking to be close to the beach and enjoy the west side lifestyle. The master has a double sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothing! Also included is a reserved off street parking spot. The apartment comes with highspeed wireless internet. Building has an onsite laundry room.

It was a good enough stay, the only negatives were that a package left for us at the door was stolen, a couple of curtains were a little broken so daylight was coming in early and kitchen utensiles were limited, everything else was good.

Good Option

Good spot and good for a family. Has everything needed. 4.5 out of 5 for us. Only downside is that you can hear some traffic on the busy road, but not a big deal.

Photos in the listing don't reflect the actual apartment. One of the smoke alarms in the hallway had been removed from the ceiling and the batteries taken out. The kitchen stove had 2 dials missing. Walls had scuff marks, some stains on furniture. Lastly, the check-out code we were given meant to hard lock the front door didn't work.We tried contacting the owner throughout our stay to address these issues via the Vrbo app as well as the 3 phone numbers they gave us. We didn't receive a single response until the very last day and all the issues we described above were ignored except for the door code.

Nice spot for a quick LA weekend

My husband, a friend, and I rented this apartment for a long weekend. The property was in a good location for WrestleMania weekend! The assigned parking spot is tight, so don’t rent a Suburban and you’ll be fine. It is an older building and the walls are thin. Travel with ear plugs and you’ll fall asleep with ease.

We enjoyed the apartment despite some maintenance issues. My son bought a screw driver & tightened loose bathroom door & front door. We also replaced the batteries un your door lock to stop the constant beeping(your welcome 😁) loved everything else. Thank you!

Visiting relatives in the area.

It would have been nice to have pen and paper available because one does not usually carry that and several times I needed it. The full size be to us was just a bit soft. A little on the small side for a couple. If you have a big SUV that is rented it was a bit tough getting in and out of the parking space that we had. Other then that the Apt is close to a lot of things to go see. Overall I would definitely recommend this Apt to others.

Super location but....

The location is fantastic close to all major attractions and point of interest. The problem is having breakfast in the apartment if you need to cook something due to lack of kitchen supplies.There is, however, availability of coffee filters, ground coffee, sugar and creamer. Kitchen faucet is leaking when in use. We had problem locking the door with code when leaving. Sent a voice message and email to the manager to check that everything was ok and never heard back. Overall we were happy and we'll stay here again.

Centrally located for our plans.Very clean, comfortable, well-appointed property. Easy check-in and check out. Affordable place for holiday travel. Neighborhood/Apartment complex surroundings seemed a bit sketchy. But no issues. Street and apartment unit neighbors were a bit loud.

clean unit, but with no AC, over 90 degrees inside until you opened up and turned on fans. visitors in unit 6, next door, smoked pot day and night right outside our front window, so had to keep that window closed. if just a place to sleep while seeing the sites, perfect

Nice Apartment - Not So Great Location

The apartment itself is nice. It’s clean and the beds were comfortable. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly with the host. Only thing we weren’t fond of was the location. It’s connected to other apartments that seemed to have sketchy activities happening so we didn’t feel super safe getting into our car. Other than that, no issues!

Bad overall experience

No check in details, most places provide a detailed check in process either electronically or a book at the place. Very confusing on how to access the place, loud/drunk partying neighbors, bad communication with property contact with no action when request for help.
