This quaint little two bedroom one bath cottage is fully restored to perfection! You will LOVE this place. So cute! Located on Brooks street in Fort Walton Beach’s premier neighborhood, just minutes from everything you could want to do in Fort Walton. The neighborhood is quiet and charming for when you want relaxation and a short stroll to the entertainment district for when you want excitement. Sugar white beaches are just two miles away. We accommodate up to six and blow away the local hotel scene!

Quiet neighborhood

We stayed here while my daughter played in a softball tournament. Very close to the softball fields and short drive to the beach.

The house was great/clean. It's minutes away from stores, restaurants, beaches amd attractions!

We had a wonderful vacation, in part, because we didn't have to worry about where we were staying. The house was exactly as listed. The owners were available and friendly. Perfect for our family of four. Great location!

Perfect Stay!

My husband & I used to live in this neighborhood when he was in the military 10 years ago. We went with our 10 & 9 year old. We had everything we needed. It really was perfect. Extremely clean, convenient to to beach, shops & restaurants. The reason we loved to live there. We would definitely love to stay again & again. Thank you for having us!

Short little family getaway/ cheer comp

Honestly, we come down for family vacay yearly and always stay beachfront. This was a quick trip for my daughters cheer competition and we were looking for something that was close to the convention center. This popped up in my VRBO app and I booked it. It was perfect for us and close to the beach, grocery store and lots of dining options. When I say close, I mean within a few minutes/miles. The host was accommodating to my requests as well and very prompt to answer all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Bedbugs in bed sheets wasn’t change like 8 months

A foul smell in entire house bathroom nasty floor the bedding was so dirty bugs was bitten in sleep it was horrible

Perfect hideaway

House is located within walking distances to a small park at the bay. Convient to Publix and just across the bridge from the boardwalk! We love the clear waters on Okaloosa Island!

Close to Crab Island

Freshly remodeled home in a great neighbor hood with a boat ramp within one block of the house. Home is located close enough to everything but hidden away in a quiet neighbor hood. It was a great trip we would definitely stay again.

Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon at the end of March 2021. Everything was great! Just big enough but also small enough. Kitchen was so nice and the bathroom and shower we plenty big. The rooms were perfect and the beds were comfy. The swing in the back yard was really cool and a big back yard. Tom was super nice and helpful and allowed us to drop our boat off at the property before we could even check in. We pulled our 24 ft bay boat and had plenty of room to park beside the house. We will definitely be back!!!
