Enjoy the gorgeous Smoky Mountain views from this corner unit's wraparound balcony. Truly Breathtaking! Peaceful! This is a two bed, two bath, unit with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the Master bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom also with King bed and a full bath right outside the bedroom door. Pull out sofa that sleeps two. Plenty of room in the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, and spacious dining room with six seats at the table. Luggage cart available inside the condo for the exclusive use of owner's guests.

Grab your favorite after-dinner beverage and head outside to the wraparound balcony with Great Smoky Mountain vistas that are known worldwide. The Smokies are known for their wildflowers, waterfalls, and black bears. But they are also known for the blue-colored smoky mist that hangs above mountain peaks which gives the mountains their name.

A beautiful condo with spectacular views. We love this location. Close enough to everything but far enough removed where its quiet and peaceful. The unit is just as described and extremely clean. There's access to the indoor pool/hot tub and gym. Both very nice and clean. It truly felt like our home away from home. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Breathtaking view! Beautiful condo with lots of Smoky Mountains touches. Brian was quick to respond to any questions. Big Bear Lodge and Resort was very busy but everyone was quiet and respectful. Also the condo is close to everything in the Pigeon Forge area but you still felt like you were far away. Loved our stay!
We watched the New Years fireworks over The Island from the condo!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! The room was so clean, and smelled amazing. No glades, or strong smells..just a natural smell which we love. The room was really cozy, and the views were amazing. The beds slept great. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay. The home was clean and comfortable, with everything needed to prepare meals, use the pool and gym, and visit local attractions. Centrally located in Pigeon Forge and a quick drive to Gatlinburg. A great home base for a visit to Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, restaurants, and multiple other attractions.

Overall I would recommend this place over a hotel. It was a great location and the host was very responsive and gave great instructions. Very clean, which is always appreciated. This place would be a 10/10, however the resort itself is showing some age (pool, game room, and work out room) and there were some things in the condo that need addressed. Bulbs burnt out in the bathroom, dryer did not work, shelves broken in the bedroom.

Yes, the host was very responsive. The condo was beautiful and well kept.
This was a hook in the master bath that was coming out of the wall when we arrived. This was the only thing that we saw damaged. The host asked about the washing machine leaking. We washed 1 load and did find that it was leaking a small amount.

Communication and check in process was great! The place was clean and wow, what a great location!! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! My favorite was sitting out on the patio in the morning and evenings!! With that awesome view, I could sit out there all day!!! Would highly recommend and hope to return in the very near future!

We own and run a residential facility licensed by the state of Michigan to provide mental health/behavioral stabilization services to 18 boys who are victims of abuse and neglect. We love what we do, thankful that we are in a position to provide healing and hope to children who really need it.

This is a really a perfect spot from which to take advantage of all the events and happenings in Pigeon Forge. For adults and kids alike, all the action is right here. Big Bear Lodge and Resort is smack dab in the middle of all the excitement. Amusement park rides, helicopter tours, dinner theaters and shows, golf courses and go-carts. It’s all there minutes away. Dollywood is just a 5 minute drive. So, you can choose to get involved in the goings on around town, or you can sit high above the fray and breathe in the peacefulness and beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our vacation rental has several unique qualities. It has a gorgeous panoramic view of the Smokies seen from our wraparound balcony. (One visitor called it a, million dollar view). There are two comfortable rockers on one side of the balcony, and a table and four chairs on the other for outdoor dining.

We have two bedrooms both furnished with King size beds! We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience with soap and fabric softeners included. A brand new Keurig Coffee Maker is on the kitchen counter with 8 k-cups of coffee to get you started.

All the carpets have been removed and replaced by luxury vinyl flooring with a hardwood look. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom is accompanied by a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath to relax and recharge. The windows are now all adorned with beautiful faux-wood blinds that add to the relaxed ambience.

We like cleanliness,! So we do a three day deep cleaning of the entire condo twice a year, Spring and Fall. Last cleaning was completed in Feb 2025. Next cleaning is scheduled for September 2025..

During the deep clean process our professional cleaning crew cleans absolutely anything and everything you can think of. They leave nothing untouched. Bedding, lampshades, and fan blades. Windows inside and out. Walls, baseboards and ceilings thoroughly wiped down. Every square inch of floors are swept and mopped. Stove and fridge are pulled out and everthing scrubbed down, including the inside of the oven.

All dishes and pots and pans are removed from the cabinets, inside of cabinets scrubbed, and dishes rewashed. Every surface and cabinet in both bathrooms are scrubbed and shined. All appliances are cleaned inside and out including; dishwasher, refridgerator, oven, washer and dryer.

You can have confidence that the condo you rent from us is well taken care of! Where you can see, and where you can't see.
