This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house is located conveniently just minutes off exit 25 of I-87, providing quick and easy access to the excitement of Lake George in the summer, Gore Mountain in the winter, and of course all of the natural beauty of Loon Lake, and the endless nearby outdoor activities of the Adirondacks year-round. We feature a master bedroom with a king bed, as well as 2 murphy style twins that are either folded away, or open in a bunk bed configuration; the second floor features 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a single twin tucked neatly into a loft space (kids love these!), our daylight basement boasts a queen size sleeper sofa along with a projector w/Roku for movie nights, and the main floor sunroom has both a cozy sitting area, and additional dining space. The deck off the second floor features a hot tub, and a dedicated game room in the basement features several arcade cabinets, a full-size air hockey table, and a ping pong table. The kitchen is complete with all the necessities for preparing a home cooked meal, and there's a Weber grill just outside as well. Our large front deck extends the full width of the house, and offers the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure, or to enjoy your morning coffee as the lake comes to life.
We've provided everything you'll need to have a relaxing, and memorable stay, and truly believe our house is the perfect retreat for your family getaway, whether your family is large or small! The only items we don't supply are beach towels, and personal toiletries.

This property does have 3 exterior cameras. One camera views the driveway, a second is positioned to see the back door to the house (this is the main entrance), and a third views the front yard. All 3 are plainly visible. We do not monitor these cameras while guests are enjoying the house, they are primarily used to keep an eye on things when the house is vacant, or to act as a point of reference should we ever receive a complaint from a neighbor.
