Kitchen:
Please feel free to indulge in all non-perishable items in the kitchen area. A crockpot, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker and more are also available to our guest. This home is fully stocked with kitchen basics. However, there are other special appliances/cooking gadget that can be provided upon the guests’ request after the booking is finalized. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with cooking oil, salt, pepper, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and dishware. The small dining area is where we recommend guests to enjoy their meals. This fine dining set can seat up to 4 people to enjoy a nice cooked meal or take-out of their choice.

Guest are provided with complimentary breakfast (eggs, biscuits and milk) and a starter pack of water.

Living Room:
The living room area has become our guests’ favorite place in the apartment. This modern style living room area is not only great for relaxing but can be used to read, meditate, yoga, etc. There is also a 55” ROKU Smart TV available for guests to use. Guest are able to log into their own streaming subscription apps to enjoy home away from home.

Bathroom:
Guests are provided with top quality washcloths and towels. In cases where our guests have forgotten their basic toiletry necessities, a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup wipes are provided in the bathroom. There is also additional towels and washcloths in the cabinet.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom has a queen size bed with four high-quality/plush pillows and floor length mirrors. Each closet will have an extra set of bedding sheets, washcloth and towel. The second bedroom has a small study area (desk and chair) and also an iron and ironing board in the closet area.

Parking:
Parking is FREE! Guest may park in the gravel parking lot behind the building or across the street from the address in the open parking area. The parking lot is shared with the rest of our neighbors. Please do not block anyone in.
