Unique maison située à Concord, 3 Chambre, 2. 5 bains. Master Suite est situé au premier étage avec une grande salle de bains et dressing. Deuxième chambre de maître à l'étage avec salle de bain complète, de plain-pied dans les placards, et les ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. Loft supplémentaires Chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux au deuxième étage idéal pour les enfants. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la préparation des repas et le service avec un bar et 4 tabourets. Salle à manger / Grande Chambre, a cheminée et TV, ainsi que l'accès à l'extérieur patio et barbecue au gaz. Trouve sur un acre et demi et est très privé. Convient pour 4 adultes / 2 enfants.

Tous les meubles et la décoration sous le thème 'Tommy Bahama', du grand palmier en face de la maison dans les moindres détails à l'intérieur. Il est une belle retraite de vacances, et est niché dans un arbre zone remplie de grand champ gazonné en face de la maison pour le volley-ball, jeux, etc.

This was our third stay at the house, and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when visiting Concord/Charlotte. The house is in a very nice, quiet, and private setting. It is extremely clean and has everything we could need. Carol is a very friendly and welcoming host. I highly recommend this property.

Extended Stay

We stayed in the property for just over four months as we sold our house then readied to move out of the area. This was a great house for this purpose. Roomy and well equipped it felt like a home away from home. Check-in was very easy. Kitchen was especially well equipped for cooking at home in a daily basis with a really pantry storage. Carol is an amazing host, easy to contact and very quick to respond to issues( just minor ones). We would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I purchased this entire parcel in 2000 and following a dream that my husband had of building a unique 'Village' of rental properties reflective of the San Francisco 'Painted Ladies' we now have a beautiful combination of townhomes and single family homes, all yellow with window boxes on the property. Then ,a few years ago, we added this beautiful home on the back of the property with the idea of creating a fully furnished and beautifully decorated, ready to move into, home for short term rental.

We decided to build this home as a rental property to fill a need we saw in the market for Executive Rental property which is fully furnished and decorated, to appeal to vacationers coming to the Charlotte area, to Grandparents from out of state coming for a week or month, and for people transitioning to the area who need an alternative to staying in a motel.

While staying in this home you will enjoy the convenience of staying in a quiet area that is close to shopping, restaurants, the Speedway, and quick access to Charlotte; as well as Concord and Harrisburg, with wonderful restaurants, village shops, playhouse theatre, and historic district.
