FAMILY BASEBALL RETREAT! 3 homes on 1 property that can sleep up to 20!

Convenient to All Star Village, Cooperstown Baseball World, and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Our property is located in a quiet residential area of Oneonta and boast 3,780 square feet of living space across two townhomes and one single-family house. 11 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms total.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, high speed internet.

There are 2 townhouses and 1 single family house on the property. Each family can enjoy a comfortable outdoor patio overlooking a shared lush lawn ready for family fun. All homes come with Central Air Conditioning. Additionally, there is ample off-street parking to accommodate everyone.

The first level of each town house contains a stocked eat-in kitchen that seats six, a cozy living room with a 55 inch smart TV, a full bathroom, washer and dryer and a bedroom with a twin bed. The second floor contains three bedrooms each with its own smart TV. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located near the bedrooms on the second floor.

Single house:
The first level of the house contains a stocked eat-in kitchen that seats six, a cozy living room with a 55 inch smart TV, and a half bathroom.

The second floor contains three bedrooms each with its own smart TV. A full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer is conveniently located near the bedrooms.

Great for Multiple Families

The location was a quick drive to All Star Village and to the middle of town which was nice. All the families described the multiple homes like RV Camping but in a house with showers. The inside of the homes were really small and compact but perfect for what we needed (sleeping and breakfast), the units had all the basic essentials. We ended up purchasing hairdryers for 2 of the units. Hopefully they will remain there. We did most of our eating and conversing on the patio while the kids played wiffle ball in the grass. Some larger yard games like corn hole or ladder ball would have been nice for the units yard. Maybe as more families stay over the summer they will get a collection. The owner was very responsive which was appreciated. FYI-TRAIN!! There is a very active railroad right behind the house, 50ft away. It operates morning, noon and night at ALL hours. It is really loud and often shakes the home. If you are not use to train noise in the evening, I would suggest ear plugs and sleep music OR put the younger kids/teens in the rooms closest to the tracks since they can sleep through anything. I wish I would have known this going into the rental. It would not have changed our decision to rent the units but I would have picked one of the front rooms. It seemed that those who slept in the front rooms had no issue with the noise. The Italian restaurant nearby, within walking distance, was a cute spot with good food.

This property is great for having several families together, with ample parking and a spacious yard for kids to play. It is at the end of a small street, so there is no traffic coming through. If you are a light sleeper, pack ear plugs, because one or two trains do come through at night right behind the property and can be loud. The houses were clean and the property manager was responsive and was very accommodating to provide access as early as possible. These units are not fancy, but are typical of what you will find in Oneonta, as most of the properties are older homes with different levels of upgrades. The kitchens have been updated. Mattresses are mostly foam. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry. We were able to walk to Main street to get coffee and there is an ice cream shop within walking distance. Thanks for helping us have a great week in Cooperstown!
